This gym is a great place for not only competitive athletes, but for beginners as well. The owners provide their undivided attention to each member to ensure safe techniques through every workout. They also keep things fun and create a welcoming atmosphere. I can't imagine a better Crossfit gym and feel so fortunate to have found this place.
