CrossFit Houston will get you in the best shape of your life. Hardbody or soft, athlete or couch potato. All you have to do is show up with a positive attitude and do what Carlos and Lisa tell you to do. It is just that simple. It is exciting, fun, fast, and yes it is hard, but the workouts are absolutely modified to your individual level of ability. Everybody supports you and everybody cheers you on. For just a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, you get so much more. You get expert instruction, great camaraderie, and a gym designed for workouts that you could never do at Bally or 24 hour fitness. I came for a running/triathlon background and did weights at Bally 3 or 4 days a week. Same thing day in and day out. I was intrigued by the CrossFit website, but also intimidated. Making that first call to Carlos and showing up on the first day was not easy, but it was the best fitness decision that I ever made. You just have to try it to understand. CrossFit Houston has my highest recommendation.
