My teacher is Rachael Figgs and I was very pleased to work with her. She is very patient and expresses her instructions very well. She is very helpful to correct me when I am not doing an activity correctly.I am a new yoga student and I would highly recommend her and this business as a place to learn yoga techniques.

Did the restorative yoga for the first time with Rachel and she is amazing! If you've never done restorative yoga you definitely need to try.
