I found the Egde Personal Training using class pass, after visiting the gym I signed up immediately. The atmosphere of the gym and the people first drew me there and the results soon started to show. I had been at avid member of CrossFit and various boot camps in the past, but none had given me the results I was looking for. After just a few months at the Edge, my body was transforming, and I was hooked! Tim is extremely knowledgeable in exercise and, as a bonus, makes the workouts fun. I love that everyday is a different workout, the smaller class sizes, and the personal attention you receive here.

Great place to train, I never realized how inportant strength training is until you begin. This really helped me reach my goals and a great place to de stress after a long day in the office.
We also accomplished what was a first for most of us by completing in a half tough mudder. Next year we will be competing in a full mudder hopefully with a larger team.

Great location and kind people! The trainer, Tim, is very knowledgeable and encourages you to reach you goals. Now that I have developed a much healthier lifestyle I have notice a huge change in my body.

First came across Tim as a trainer a few years ago at a right over 300 pounds. And after a few years of guidance and encouragement from Tim, I haven't just lost 130 plus pounds. I have also taken his course on being a personal trainer and found a passion in it myself. This is easily one of, if not the best places I've ever come across in personal training and fitness.
Working out with Tim is challenging and fun. Every day is a new combination of exercises, but always a good blend of cardio, weights, and ab work. The class size is small and comfortable. Everyone can work at their own intensity level and pace. Tim is also great at giving tips on form and how to amp up or modify the exercise if you need a challenge or to accommodate an injury. Highly recommend you give it a try.

I was previously signed up at a regular gym, feeling totally uninspired by the treadmill and boring classes. Then I discovered The Edge and I love it! The classes are small and focused. Some days are cardio based, other days are weight based, so you're always getting a balanced workout. Tim is a fantastic instructor. He gives due attention. Teaches proper form. He's also methodical about which stretching we do, knowing most people have jobs sitting most of the day. The workouts never get boring! Tim also teaches different Martial Arts classes (Mousel's), as well as Women's Self Defense. Whether you want to lose weight or have more strength or just be fit, there is so much variety offered here to help achieve your personal goals!

The best thing about Tim's classes is that he pushes you to do your best, but never so hard that you'll never want to go back. I really look forward to attending every time.
Participants in the classes range from people just starting their fitness journey to those that attend 6 days a week. It doesn't matter what level you're at, it's never intimidating. Everyone there is very encouraging, which makes for a very fun experience.
A typical day in the class is running the stairs outside for about 10-15 minutes, then strength training exercises for 20 minutes, then abs and stretching for the last 10-15 minutes. One of the things that Tim does well is mixing up the exercises so that we're not doing the same things over and over again. Also, he incorporates some martial arts and crossfit type exercises which adds some fun to it.
I can't say enough good things about Tim's classes. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won't regret it.
