I've been going to this gym for a few months now and love it! The people who run it are awesome and I'm always exhausted after workouts. You can just go to lift or take self defense and martial arts classes. I definitely recommend trying out a class!

This was my go-to gym for 1-on-1 training in Houston. Peter takes time to know his clients and tailor his training sessions to their desires (from a fighting and/or weight loss standpoint). Marcia also leads some great cardio sessions! After training here I feel way more confident outside of the gym, especially against potentially larger aggressors.

P.S. 1-on-1 training like this will get you in the best shape of your life.
