Very disappointed with the staff. My son entered an area where he was not tall enough to ride. He is autistic and doesn't understand these height rules. When I saw him enter the area I went to get him and when I got there one of the staff members had brought him to the entrance of the ride and didn't notice I was right there at the moment. My son was upset because he didn't understand and he said "up there?" The staff member then yelled to my son "No! F#$*!" I complained to the manager and asked for a refund since I don't want my children around the staff who aren't good with kids. I paid for the whole day and was only there for 90min. I was told corporate policy is no refunds. He offered some free passes but I don't want to come back. He said he was going to deal with the employee but didn't even ask me who it was when our conversation was over. I had to ask him if he wanted to know who it was..so that makes me feel like he is not going to have any conversation with anyone. I took my family and left. This was my first time to this location and I will never be back.
Also, vomit on the floor for who knows how long on a main walkway. You could see foot prints where people were stepping on it.
Loved it. Except the wait time for Go Cart ride was more 90 minutes with only about 10 people in my line. Place was packed. Pizza taste nasty.
Awesome experience wonderful staff very helpful with my daughters birthday. They were attentive helpful answered all my questions patiently. The place was clean no weird smells or wet floors. Better than expected for such a popular place.
First time there and we had a blast.... my daughter was a little upset that she could not get on the hang gliding activity.... too short! Other than that it was great including all the food.. best pizza we ever had.... and staff was great! I hope all locations are just as nice
I was looking for a go-kart place to take my wife's 9 y/o granddaughter and 10 y/o nephew. We came here because it has go-karts and lots of other activities. We stayed 4 hours and the kids loved every minute of it. I can see why some reviewers got a little miffed. I didn't see any staff members that looked older than 25, so good luck finding a manager on site with years of experience. The girl at the front counter was friendly and explained the pricing structure. The girl in the cafe was also friendly and eager to help. But the rest of the staff didn't seem to be particularly thrilled about being there, which wasn't surprising since most were teenagers. There was at least one staff member attending every activity, which is always a good thing. The eating areas were clean, as was the restroom. My kids never rode the go-karts, so I can't comment on that. But they throughly enjoyed everything else, and I was happy to let them burn some energy in an air conditioned environment, so in that regard it was a great experience for all of us.
We went tonight (Monday) and they were very helpful! Shawn, an employee in the trampoline park area was helpful and patient with all the kids, particularly my son who has Autism. We will definitely be going back!
We took my son and 4 friends here for his birthday. They had a good time until we got to the go karts. As many other people here have written, the employees running the go carts have problems. There appeared to be only a few people in line, but our group of 5 boys waited over an hour for their ride. I cannot explain how it took so long. When our boys finally were in the go karts, at the last minute, they pulled one of my son's friends and told him he was not tall enough to ride. Meanwhile, another of my son's friends (who is shorter than the one who was removed) was allowed to ride. Both boys were over the 48 inch requirement which we measured with an Urban Air employee before we bought the go kart tickets. My son's friend was very upset to be removed from the go kart and not be able to ride with his friends, and it wasn't until it was all over that we figured out what happened. We were offered a two-person ride with an adult driving my son's friend, but the entire point was to ride with his friends not with a parent after his friends were finished. When we told the person at the counter about it and requested our money back for his ride (not the entire entrance fee), she could only offer us a voucher for a free go kart ride on our next visit. We have no interest in coming back, let alone riding the go karts, so this does us very little good. It was a very lousy end to my son's birthday because his friend was so upset, and needlessly so because he was obviously tall enough to ride the go karts (the person we asked for a refund measured him again and validated he was tall enough - she was confused as to why they wouldn't let him ride). After reading the reviews of so many others who have had similar issues with this establishment, it's clear the owner/management has little interest in addressing these recurring issues as long as unsuspecting people continue to buy tickets. We won't be back and will encourage others to avoid as well. Purchase at your own risk.

This place is amazing for kids and adults! So many awesome things to do! However, do not ride to karts, my kids have been on the track for close to 30 minutes, not racing..... the karts keep breaking down.

Would have given 5 stars but we were a bit disappointed and felt more ripped off. We made the best of it but I would have said no and walked out if my husband hadn't of already paid $160 for us to get in. Reason being, my kids were really wanting to come mostly for go-karts and the zip line. However, we still had to pay full price even though the sky walker and zip line were down. This was our first visit so it was a let down. No one was manning the dodgeball so we couldn't play that. It's just not a good feeling to walk in and sit down and both my husband and I look at each other and felt ripped off. $160 is a lot to take your kids to a trampoline park for a couple hours. We were so excited to bring the kids here and if we ever come again, I'm calling ahead to make certain every attraction is open.

So I suggest eating before you get there. I purchased a package that included water bottles and I was forced to pick up the water all at once. From the time that we arrived to Urban Air Sabrina aka Bri was so awesome! Loved her attentiveness. She was chipper and seemed to love her job. My niece and daughter had the best time for my Brice birthday and we will return and ask for her by name .
I went here with my friends a few weeks ago and we're going back tonight it was so much fun! They were crazy good at the ninja warrior thing, I didn't even know that was there! Anyways it's amazing, the food is great and this is definitely becoming a every month event for us.
This urban is the best I've been to by far. I live all the way in North East Houston and I still go out of my way to come to this jump house among the rest in my area. The management here is really good. The jumping areas are very clean and well taken care of. I'd come back here any day of the week!

This place was amazing! All of the staff was very friendly, kind, and patient with us as we jumped and had did our thing. Overall, the facility was clean and very nice and recommend anybody that wants an awesome trampoline experience to go here.
Came here for the first time on a Friday night. Not packed at all and my son and I had a blast. My son had the best time with Bruce, he is the sweetest and was always willing to help. We will definitely be back because of him!!!
Upon arriving, the gentleman that helped us was amazing. He was friendly, genuine, and helpful. My family and I had an amazing time for our first time there. The reason I rate it only one star is because my 1yo got scabies from the child play area. The area needs to be cleaned and disinfected to prevent this from happening to others.
It was awesome.. you can fly and rock climb and the staff is friendly, super goofy and make you smile. The staff was also really sweet and reassuring the gear is safe to my kiddos. Coming back!
Every time we go here everything is awesome! The front of house staff is outstandingly amazing, there is this one young lady named Lhynen i believe and she ensured that everything was well understood and helped with everything we need. Make sure you keep people like her around! The customer service skills are greatly exhibited and the management/training team at this location has done an outstanding job. I will always recommend this location to anyone!!
I would like to let any parent with a kid to please not let your young adult work at this company. My daughter has worked at urban air since Feb of 2018 and they made the mistake of overpaying her so when she got paid on the next check she got paid nothing after working for 2 weeks and she was not notified of the mistake and she asked why she didn't get paid and that's when they told about the mistake wish was very heartbreaking to my daughter so then they tells her that she was overpaid on more than one occasion so she owed them money so her mom and I went to talk to somebody name Brad to try to discuss them getting there money without her working for free and he said he wouldn't talk to us mind you she's under 18 but he told us that we didn't work for him she does and threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave so we've contacted our attorney and this fight has just begun because they are taking advantage of all those kids and no adult should take advantage of kids in that way. Her work history with that company was exemplary you just can't do kids like that.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! - Your kids safety is not their concern! Our kids were stopped in the go carts in line to park and the attendant came in with the last cart and rammed all kids extremely hard. Their heads flew back like a rear end collision. The workers all shrugged it off and seemed irritated that our kids were very shook up and crying. We were there attending a birthday party and discovered the place is run by teenagers who do not care about the safety of other or the condition of the establishment. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell of urine and the place has trash all over it. Look inside the ball pits, in every corner, in the walls in the birthday rooms etc. It is gross and unsanitary. If you care about your kids, take them anywhere but here.
Me and my boyfriend had so much fun here! Lennon was amazing and very accommodating. She explained everything to us so well and was the sweetest person who gave us our passes since we couldn't stay to jump since it was getting late and they were closing! I give her and the facility 10 stars :)

I don't typically write reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to give a pat on the back for a job well done. So, similar to another reviewer on here, I placed a deposit down for a birthday party before reading the online reviews and needless to say...I was super nervous. I braced myself as our party (which we had tonight) approached because I really didn't have a backup plan if this didn't turn out well (and there were a lot of negative reviews on here). We went tonight and had our party and let me tell you, I could not have been happier! My child turned 2 years old, but we needed a place to accommodate children of varying ages (ages 2 - 15) for her party and this place really hit the mark! The personnel were awesome (it is true there's a lot of teenagers working there but they've hired some awesome kids who are polite, hard working and attentive. The staff I encountered really did a great job. Plus, there's a new GM named Mr. Smith who goes around and checks on everyone to ensure everything is going well for all of the patrons and I even saw him pitching in to help keep the facility clean - leading by example from what I could tell). Overall, everyone in our party was beyond pleased and intends to go back again. Our party host, Dominique, was a total sweetheart. She was super courteous and a dedicated-hard worker that was very patient (she even took the time out to answer a question I had when she'd literally just clocked out for the night at the end of our party). There was a slight hiccup with the go-karts (unfortunately the cars were breaking down due to mechanical failure so it caused the line to move really slow - however, the manager was more than willing to give vouchers to folks that preferred to come back when there were more cars available if the wait became too much). Again, not a deal breaker - things happen and when a viable solution is given - I'm happy. I did have to go to the facility in-person once, leading up to the party, because I had a hard time getting through on the phone, but that too was a very pleasant experience (and I saw why the phone wait was long when I arrived - there were a ton of people trying to gain entry). Overall, I would absolutely do my child's party there again and we plan to go back and just have fun one day (I'll probably be taking my baby to the toddler and preschool jump). Overall, don't be afraid to give them a try. The staff was very accommodating, the facility was clean with tons to do for kids of all ages and adults. We had a blast! I will say, most of the reviews that describe frustration with access to attractions sound like they go on Saturdays. We had our party on a Friday night and had no issue whatsoever utilizing the various activities the facility has to offer (except for the go-karts due to mechanical issues). Would I go back? Absolutely! Was it worth the money? Every penny. I would say, try to avoid a peek time on Saturday and it should be a very enjoyable experience for you. It was for me and my family (and I am extremely picky).
This was the perfect place to bring my family who was visiting from out of town. It wasn't busy, the prices are definitely affordable and there are so many things to do.
There are lots of complaints about food, but our service was pleasant and speedy.

We came here today and I won't be back. It is chaos. There are too many people here at one time to even enjoy it. If you buy the platinum package you spend the 2 hours standing in line just for the sky coated and ropes course. The line for food was dysfunctional and long and I had to go and ask for my food order several times until I got it. It was like they had lost it. Save your money people! It is poorly managed and there are nothing but young teenagers standing around not working. The manager was sarcastic when people were addressing him with concerns. There are tons of orange shirts in this building and no work being done.
Good place to bring kids to let them burn off some (a LOT of) energy. The place can be chaotic when it's packed, but that's the nature of the place. They've got trampolines, Sky Rider (lot of fun), Tubes (for kids), Rock climbing, and the speedway. Wait times for the speedway can be 30 mins or more on peak days. The concession stand has a decent selection of items. They've got a lot of high school kids working there. Some of them are either new to the place or not adequately trained. It shows. Overall, it's a good place. It's quieter when school is on session so if adults want to go, make use of the weekdays.
Nothing but young immature kids working here. The go karts took over an hour plus they had no clue how to maintain the line. Far as ordering food not worth it. The cashier said they would call me or text when my food was ready. Sure enough they forgot about my order. I had to go to counter and let them know. The manager needs to put everyone in training of some sort. The food is over priced as well.
I had planned to bring a group out tomorrow to enjoy a day at your park. However, after reading the horrible reviews i refuse to spend my hard earned money on poor service in an unsanitary establishment. I imagine you are runnung out of excuses and by now would be tired of having to respond to so many negative reviews, but obviously not. You should have already stepped up and done something about it! This is so damaging to the future of your business. Your customer's experience is a representation of your BRAND and a good indication of the future of your company and it doesn't look bright! I for one will not be visiting Urban Air any time soon. Quality service starts at the TOP!
My kids love it but this place is basically operated by a bunch of teenagers you never see a manager until someone needs a refund. There is no one walking around cleaning up, the only thing that is important to the are people who pay to have parties. I have been there multiple times and the concessions is always a mess, and they don't have everything, it can be 10 staff member working back there and nobody knows or have the sense of urgency to get the food orders out. I suggest you eat before you get there because they don't know what they are doing!! But what can you expect when you have a bunch of kids working while management hides and let them do whatever. They will continue to loose so much money.
If I could give this place negative stars i would. My family and I are here right now and the place is way under staffed. Spoke with Ryan (General Manager) and he is very sarcastic and doesn't want to hear anything. "His remarks were he is working all over the place." So we followed him around to see what he would accomplish. So he started by the jumping area walking by telling people to get up but didn't make them just said it and left. Then to the joust were there is about 6 kids in the pit area and two on the beam. He says time to get out walks around and then onto the next one. As this is happening there is a parent shoving there kid in the pit area as Ryan sees but just keeps walking. Next is the dodge ball area he goes, views and leaves. Kids are throwing the balls at each other's face kids they are all over the place. Now there is no employees in these areas which should have them. There are several employees that work here hanging out with there friends while they are supposed to be on the clock. I am now going to were my kids are standing in line for the sky Ryder where they have been for over an hour. I decided to start helping since they have only one person putting the harness on. Did it for 30 minutes until my husband was able to get Seth ( Manager) in there to take my place. This is ridiculous. Very unsafe for kids! I hope you read this Brad (Regional Manager) and do something about it since you aren't here today. I see many post on here and the only one responded to is the good review. I hope to see this place get better before someone ends up getting hurt.
