I've been coming for 10 months. The instructors and owner are so friendly and care about their students. These classes not only helped me gain strength but have also helped me gain confidence. The classes are also great for relieving stress.
Good concept and a super cute classroom buuuut my experience with my instructor ( Marina Dillon) was not a pleasant one. I signed up for an Aerial Yoga Basics class as I had never done one before and was curious. The instructor was annoyed the whole time (in a classroom of only 3 mind you) that I couldn't nail the poses with the silks down right away, she went as far as laughing at me at one point lol. My advice is to maybe not teach a NOVICE class and make it an uncomfortable experience if you don't have the patience for it!
I love it here. It is a fun place to get a work out or to stretch out with yoga or in the silks. The instructors are friendly and helpful and they offer classes for all levels with chances to do harder poses.
Aerial yoga is an amazing experience, Isabella is a great instructor!

Aerial yoga is a really interesting experience and I enjoyed it quite a bit, but be careful doing business with this company. I've been trying to contact them for 2 days via phone and email about a simple billing mistake and I haven't been able to get a hold of them.
Update: a few minutes after I posted this, I got a return call. They aren't honoring the BOGO that was verbally offered to me when I paid cash earlier this week, but instead are encouraging me to purchase *another* class and hope for the BOGO to work on that one. :-/
