Was a fantastic experience, I play professional soccer and this is really beneficial for me. All the staff are really polite and always there to help with information. 100% be coming back

Cryotherapy really helps my body as an athlete! I recommend to anyone and everyone. The employees and owner are extremely friendly and the all around experience was fantastic!

I'll never do an ice bath again. Laid back atmosphere. Really good for injuries. It feels like an ice bath under your skin. 3min long session.

WARNING: THIS PLACE BURNED MY SKIN! Went here for a trial cryo therapy. When therapy started, I IMMEDIATELY told owner that my arm was burning. He said as long as it wasn't my legs that I was fine. Got out of the booth and the meat on my forearm was frozen solid. I woke up with blisters all over my forearm from the freezer burn. Called and told owner about my injuries. Told him he was negligent for not warning me to not touch the walls. He says "my bad". Wish I'd never done it. Literally scarred for life now.
