Totally unique, energizing, and refreshing experience combining components of a high-end yoga and pilates studio and luxury spa. Thoroughly enjoyed my session here, and am excited to visit Krista and Kobra again in the near future.
This place is so amazing. It's run by two spectacular women - Kobra and Krista. I honestly prefer taking a yoga class with Kobra instead of going somewhere to get a massage - it's even more relaxing. I've only taken yoga classes here but they have been incredible. Great adjustments (I'm a beginner!) and poses that make me feel so strong. I did one class last week with Kathy and that was also a great experience. It's great to go into a class and come out with all of your back tension/pain totally gone. Highly recommend!
I have been taking Pilates classes since Nov. 2017. This studio is amazing! I've been to other studios in Houston and even when I lived in NYC. STRETCH is beautiful, clean, and comfortable on the inside. Come in and just take a look for yourself. Everyone is warm and friendly and the equipment is outstanding. They have 3 studios - yoga, spin, and Pilates. There is a parking lot attached with security gates.

As soon as I enter the front door, the aromatherapy takes me to a calm, happy place! The studio has the qualities of a spa. The attention to detail is everywhere. I receive excellent attention while taking Pilates and Yoga. The instructors are experienced, professional and caring. I HIGHLY recommend studio!

I've tried the Pilates and Spin classes, and both were amazing! The gym is beautiful and ultra clean. The owners, instructors, and fellow classmates are all friendly. I've been attending for several months now, and I have zero complaints.

I am very pleased with this studio. The amenities are awesome, the staff is excellent/top notch (very nice ladies). I'm so glad I found this studio. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take a Pilates class. Sign up you will not regret it.

I took a Pilates class here last week and it was AWESOME! Kobra was very attentive and made sure to correct my form so I could really engage the correct muscles and stretch. I can't wait to take another class here! The space is beautiful and very clean, which really added to my experience. I highly recommend Stretch!

I was obsessed the moment I walked in! All their equipment is antibacterial. They have equipment you'll only find in their studio in all Texas. And, they have the sweetest instructors ever! They treat like royalty. Pilates, Cycling and Yoga classes are all available in one studio.

The sisters who run this place made me feel really welcomed. This studio has a very unique vibe. People smile and say hello to one another rather than sitting in silence, it is a great community. This place is worth it since all of their classes are small you are not packed in and get a very personalized experience. Finally I have found the studio I feel at home at, I will be back for sure!
