Love, Love, Love the location! It's in the premier spot in The Heights, with great energy. The gym provide a staff and services that I probably won't find anywhere else in the city. I can't think of another gym that offers professional licensed consultants, instead of novice personnel at most other gyms. Expect the classes to be personal and intimate, which is good in order to address your health & fitness concerns.The interior design of the gym even blows me away. I highly recommend this gym for 3 reasons: innovative classes, attentive personal training & consulting, and located in one of the hottest spots Houston

Great facility, nice and clean. Had a great workout. Trainers were really nice but also pushed me when I needed to be push as well as motivated me to keep going when I wanted to stop. You honestly can't get better service and quality workout anywhere else. No worries about judgment; just a good workout in an intimate environment instead of an over over crowded big gym, and with all the equipment one could ever need.
