Amazing teachers, variety of classes and great view!
I highly recommend the Tai Chi classes here and especially the teacher training program. The program has been transformative for my life, changing the way I exercise, the way I relate to others, and the way I relate to myself.
Training at Four Dragons Tai Chi has been an Amazing experience!
The wealth of information given during the training was very enlightening.
The curriculum for Tai Chi for health and longevity is highly effective.
In my opinion, anyone interested in teaching the method or use it for personal health should seriously consider it.

Love this studio - the teachers are wonderful and the view is so peaceful - great yoga place!!
This studio has the best view of Houston from the Heights area. The space is welcoming, feels like stepping into someone's home. The instructors are highly qualified and caring. The owner, Kim, is one of my favorite teachers, and a wonderful human being. Highly recommend. Did I mention the view!

I was a Joy Yoga client for over 8 years. When they closed down a few weeks ago, I ididn't know where to go. I felt a little lost because I had gone to Joy for so long. I tried 2 other studios before coming to 4 Dragons. I wanted to see which one I liked best. I didn't care for the other two studios. But I love the classes here. I've decided this will be my new "joy" studio replacement. Great classes and I like the feel of the studio. They've done a great job making it feel peaceful and tranquil. Love the Friday night class it's a relaxing experience after a long week.

I love everything about Four Dragons. The teachers are amazing, and they care very much about their student's safety. The studio is beautiful and the view of Houston from the sixth floor is an extra plus. They are a pleasure to do business with.

There is a quality of case and service that I find here that is not common. The staff are all courteous, attentive, helpful, accepting, and most rare of all, sincere. These are their standards and they always uphold them despite whatever personal struggles or issues they're dealing with on that day. On top of that they are all exceptionally skilled at what they do. I would, and do, recommend the Four Dragons Institute to anyone who is dealing with a problem that they can help with.

Besides the beautiful view and the intimate setting, this studio offers anyone a safe space to explore their body and their practice. Wonderful instructors guide you through class (of many varieties and specialties) with the intention of bringing some awareness to your life, either in the moment on the mat or in another area of your life. There is a light-hearted feel to both the students and teachers that keeps you smiling the entire time. You will walk away feeling both inspired and enlightened. I highly recommend this studio!

This school is AMAZING. Being a student PHENOMENALLY impacted my life in ways I barely dreamed to be possible. When I started as a student I was so terrified of life that I could barely put sentences together. Now, three years later, I feel like no thing is impossible and that I am capable of living any life I dream of. I have HUGE dreams! Lao teaches in an extremely unique and impactful way. He is absolutely sincere in the profound love he has for every life he touches. Every one of us has a dream for our life and each of us is uniquely created to achieve the life we want.
