I loved working wit Judith as my trainer. She is very knowledgeable about muscle groups and was helpful in rehabilitating my hip. She taught me how to lift weights in a way that will not re injure myself. As well as ways to keep my hip in good shape. An added benefit. I loved how defined my muscles were while working with Judith.

During workouts with Judith Flores, she was more concerned about putting me down about my physical features, such as my race, skin, hair, hips, versus training me. Also during my training sessions, she told me I was old, questioned the small scars on my shin from when I was a kid, but never ever not once, cared to know if I was seeing any progress with her training. Her boyfriend, Shaun Eckhardt, revealed to me that her motto is, "Fake it until you make it." When she is confronted about her poor manners, she calls it having "no filter." I call it zero professionalism along with a lack of ethics and formal education. BTW, I did not see any results from her training even though I was following a very clean diet.
