Terrible management/ownership. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Literally, half of the treadmills are out of order at any given time and when they are "fixed", (usually months later) the other half go down. Don't get me wrong, I know that $100 a year gets me exactly what I paid for, but damn...fix something around here sometime! Staff is friendly, but tired of hearing everyone's complaints about broken machines that they've already reported to ownership many times over. Pics I provided are of 8 broken treadmills out of 14. Just ridiculous.
