The place has closed and sold memberships to another club by the airport. You have to go to the new business to cancel. They make it extremely difficult to cancel under normal circumstances. If you are not interested to travel to Greenspoint to the other club make one trip and cancel. Blast is known for making quitting very difficult with a lot of hoops to jump through. They play their little games and send bill collectors if you do not play the game. Use registered mail when you mail the cancellation notice and final payment. Take care unless you like bill collectors and law suits.

Staff is awesome. However, much of the equipment is broken. Some toilets, hand dryers and faucets have been broken for quite a while. It's hard to find paper towels on most days to clean the equipment.

Everything is dirty and broken. Each time I go back there is more broken equipment and the previously broken equipment has not been fixed. Staff wasn't too motivated to escalate the fix orders when I asked about all the broken equipment.
This location is very in need of maintenance. 6 treadmills have been broken for the last six months, stationary bike is also broken, and the stairs climber is broken. The men's shower is infested with mold, faucets are broken, and bulbs need replacing. These issues have been present since January 2018.

Love this place...if you're fat...you will lose weight...
This place is allways dusty they never replace the a/c filters. Too many broken machines that never get fix
Add a dry and wet sauna and I'll join. A jacuzzi and a pool would be nice too. Need to compete with LA Fitness since they are the only gyms located in the immediate area worth going to! Really sad...

I like the gym but the only thong is that they have a lady that works at the daycare and she is very mean very rude with the moms she always talk about the parents dont like the way she is with the kids plus she was very mean to my son he is only 3 yrs old she works on wednesdays they need someone that is better than her i really dont like that lady for daycare
It's a Great place to workout but the staff is always just always just standing at the front desk and not much help
I love this gym! Has everything you need to get in some quality work! No fancy stuff but the building is kept clean and disinfectant spray is available! Completely worth the money and options the membership gives you.
The only plus is the babysitting wich most gyms dont offer. I don't think the staff cares about facility and it's equipment. They don't even have clamps for any weight adding bars! The lift floor is a trip hazard in certain areas and lack benches and i don't even want to walk in to the locker/rest room. They do have a great variety of equipment but the weights are never racked proper and i never see anyone wiping the equipment down. It's like they don't care about the gym. Staff is friendly. Missing ceiling panels as well. It just feels really sloppy and lazy for a place people go to put in work.

Unfortunately the club did not honor their agreement to wave the annual fee for signing up with my bank card. Apparently an employee had forgotten to take this step on my accounts (mine and my husbands). Even after speaking to employees who said they would take care of it, I continued to be charged twice each time. After about 3 weeks of this going back and forth it was fixed. The club did reverse the charges to my account. I did cancel and I was sad to do it but I just couldn't trust them with my bank account after this.

The staff is great, I got attended by the staff member that was not on her phone. Greeted me well. She really helped me get the better deal, she helped me get the most out of my membership. I got a session with the "trainers" which really I would recommend because the trainer named"trey" didn't show up. but she also got me $$ off. Now that is a deal breaker for me. She was SO NICE! She has good charisma! I recommend some friends to her she helped them save money too!! Definitely recommend if you want a cheap gym! P.S: ASK FOR DANI, SHE IS AWSOME@

Dani and Juan go above and beyond to make sure you are doing okay and answer any questions you have they are very helpful and friendly they greet you on your way inn and out of the gym....i love the baby sitter that's in the afternoon Victoria..she takes really good care of the children and my kids love her she's really friendly!! The staff is great!
Love this gym! I signed up back in November 2014. I have been to many different gyms at many different locations and Blast is still my favorite! I love the machines here so much! Very good pricing for membership. The people that go here are friendly and the staff is always nice and friendly, always welcomes you. And manager is very sweet guy. This gym is my home, as long as it is there I will be there!
