Best place ever for my workout!. The environment is wonderful and encouraging. If you have an injury, this is the place to go. After 2 back surgeries, I am where I was before all the pain. Almost like it never happened. I'm grateful for the help the staff has given me through the year.

Shana, Mary Beth, April and AJ are fantastic trainers. The gym is neat, clean and well-equipped. I really love this facility. The personal attention and noticeable results keep me motivated and coming back.

If there were a better score than perfect, Shana Ross Fitness deserves that rating. Whatever preconceived notions I had about working out in a gym were dispelled the first time I visited. This is not a gym, but a training center where the personal trainers work with each individual in a specifically-designed program that works for the client.
After working with Mary Beth Reuter for two sessions in a program specifically designed for me to alleviate pain from significant scoliosis, I have experienced remarkable reduction in pain as well as increased mobility and stability. Mary Beth demonstrates, explains, answers questions and encourages in a style that fits my personality. Each person affiliated with this fitness center, whether as an employee or patron, has been unfailingly friendly, encouraging and non-judgmental.
If you are serious about improving your health, you owe it to yourself to contact Shana Ross Fitness Center.

This gym and group of fitness professionals are the best I have seen. They understand the specific needs and physical limitations of their clients and create programs and workouts to help them achieve health based fitness goals. They assist with helping people understand the critical nature of nutrition and its role in maintaining and achieving your goals. The workouts they create are not cookie cutter workouts and are effective. My trainer April is awesome and has a good sense of humor!

Not your typical gym.
Great training from great staff. Very friendly and not at all intimidating.
I've had more use of my membership here in weeks than I have used my LA Fitness membership in a year. 100% recommended.

I have worked out at Shana Ross Fitness for about 9 months. I really enjoy working out at this studio because they are very attentive, personalize the workouts, and cover all aspects of fitness (nutrition, strength and conditioning, and cardio). The studio is intimate, comfortable, and has all the necessary equipment. They offer a variety of options (i.e. private, semi-private, boot camps, etc...) that are reasonably priced. Overall, a really great experience. I would recommend this fitness studio to anyone who is ready to make a change.

This is a studio that cares about you as much as you care about yourself. The trainers, Shana, Tammy, Matt & Jenna have all taken the time to work with me and help me reach my goals. I personally like the one on one and other group options available. They always ask about your nutrition and I hope to attend the grocery tour and cooking classes soon. Congrats on your 1st year anniversary.

Exceptional small studio gym, top notch equipment and facility, Lots of one on one attention from the trainers who will tailor a program to meet your needs and ability including diet and exercise. I have a lot of back problems and they have developed a program that has finally allowed me to achieve my goals of getting in shape and strengthening my back.
