Outstanding trainer. Very knowledgeable. Keeps things interesting. Knows a lot about functional movement patterns. And a genuinely nice human. Helped me drop 3 sizes in 6 weeks while building up some great muscle. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome!! Brice is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and an all around great trainer. He's a super nice guy too! I appreciate all his hard work, having a flexible schedule, teaching me new workouts and pushing me to lift heavier or run faster than I ever would have expected. The number speak for themselves, I gained several pounds of lean muscle and my body fat percent went down just in the past one month I've been working with him.

Brice is simply the best! I feel absolutely great ever since I began workouts with him. My body has changed for the better in ways I never knew were possible. If you are in Houston and looking for a trainer, it is a MUST that you go to Brice Remaley!

Brice is the best trainer Houston has to offer. I started going to Brice because I wanted to prep my knee for ACL surgery and I also wanted to lose a little weight. Brice was so flexible with my crazy schedule and he tailored every workout to my individual needs. He also showed in a genuine interest in my well-being and my progress (more so than any trainer I've ever had--and there have been a lot!). I would highly recommend Brice to anyone in the market for a personal trainer--you really can't get any better than him!

Brice is hands down one of the best trainers out there - knowledgable, motivational, and loves what he does. I started training with him and within 4 months noticed significant strength gains and improvement in flexibility and agility; both inside and outside the gym. I had not trained for over 5 years and his programming allowed me to regain a healthy lifestyle. The workouts are always new and never get boring but are also challenging! Times are flexible and he is always accommodating to a work schedule. If you are keen to get back into working out or looking for something new, definitely look Brice up! Thank you Brice!

Brice is hands down one of the best trainers out there - knowledgable, motivational, and loves what he does. Great PT. Knows his stuff. He mixes things up every week. No two classes are the same, he uses TRX, Kettlebells, Barbells and Bodyweight training in his classes. What I like the most is that he keeps track of all your workout to the tee. Highly recommended!

Brice is knowledgeable and professional. He will help you progress much further and faster than you can by yourself. I worked out with him for the last 6 months I lived in Houston and I wish I had found him earlier. In 6 months, I felt like a new person. I convinced my wife to join for workouts and she enjoyed them as well. Workouts are challenging and he keeps them fresh so you can push your body in different ways each time you show up. I highly recommend Brice as a personal trainer.

I have been working out with Brice for a little over 2 months now. I found him via Google and decided to try him out as a trainer based on his excellent reviews. All his 5 star reviews are legitimate, he is the real deal if you are looking for a personal trainer in Houston.
I was a previous athlete but over the past 10 years or so I have had an on/off relationship with fitness and nutrition. I decided to get serious about it earlier this year and after working out with Brice for a couple months I have seen significant changes in muscle tone, strength, endurance, and my overall health. His workouts are tough in the best way and I always look forward to Brice workout days.
Brice gives great personal attention and always pays attention to your form. I have learned so much about proper form and what muscles I should be working out for different exercises. He is great at motivation and pushing you to be better every workout.
Not only is Brice a great personal trainer in the gym, he also takes his role seriously as your trainer even when you are not in the gym. I started keeping a food diary at his recommendation, and we talk about my nutrition at least once a week. He is also good about holding you accountable for workouts outside his sessions and he has even developed workout routines for me to do on my non-Brice days. He is very flexible if you are going to be late or need to change your session times, and very responsive. I would recommend Brice to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Houston.

I've been working out, on and off, for over 10 years now. When I turned 50, two years ago, I decided to be more proactive and exercise at least three times per week, and I've been doing so since. I have been pretty good with getting some kind of fitness level but it's never been enough. So a couple of months ago I decided to hire a personal trainer, after days of looking and reading reviews Brice profile kept coming up. He is practically among the 5 best personal trainers in Houston, period. I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did. Brice is the kind of professional trainer who observes your fitness level analyzing every single workout that you do, he manages to understand your body and your limits to the point that will surprise you; there's been lots of opportunities in which I get to do exercises and lifting I didn't think I was capable of doing. He also surprises me with exercises I've never done before. For the last two months I've been "hearing" from muscles I didn't even know existed :) so do I recommend Brice? ABSOLUTELY YES. Brice is not only the best personal trainer but he's also an excellent person, he's very flexible and fair, he has the patients to deal with the lack of knowledge required to get results, he can also advice you in what you can do as far as nutrition. I had been struggling with my fitness - or lack thereof - for 10+ years. All my attempts to "get serious" about getting into shape - which included working with other personal trainers - ultimately ended the same way: going in with high hopes, experiencing little results, ultimately giving up and then experiencing debilitating discouragement.

When I found Brice 7 months ago, I told him I was not very confident things would ever change for me and if this last attempt did not work - I was probably going to resign myself to being out of shape the rest of my life.

7 months later, I am 20 lbs lighter, and stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my whole life. I attribute these results directly to Brice. Somehow he was able to "break it down" for me in terms of what I needed to do and how to go about doing it in a way that was attainable. Brice is able to strike that perfect balance of being friendly and easy going while pushing you to your limit and calling you out when need be.

His workout plans are super effective and efficient - nothing is wasted. He changes things up to keep you interested and engaged, and he also provides a lot of practical insight into the dietary aspects of what it takes to become fit without it being too daunting. During those times I felt like throwing in the towel, he was there supporting me and encouraging me to keep pressing forward. I used to be a quitter.
Not any more.

Bottom line - I know Brice truly cares about my well-being and is committed to helping me reach my personal fitness goals. I am truly indebted to him for this transformation I am experiencing and would recommend him to anybody who relates to my past experiences and is excited about the prospect of really achieving those fitness milestones that once seemed impossible to obtain.

I am a 65+year old woman who was always active and exercised. Sadly, over three years ago, my husband died. I became depressed and sedentary and gained a lot of weight. My only exercise was walking my dog around the block, at a strolling pace. With help, my grief and depression lessened, and earlier this year, I resolved to get in shape. Brice had been my trainer at another fitness club, so I went on line and tracked him down. I have been working with him for over 3 months and have experienced a major life change. Physically, I could not even get up off the floor without a hand up. Within a couple of weeks, I could get up on my own. When I first met with Brice, he said, very diplomatically, we have a lot of work to do. Over the past 3 months, I have gained strength, especially in my core; am able to complete more reps; use heavier weights; add new exercises. He is a stickler for proper form.

Brice is very patient, supportive and encouraging. But he pushes me to do more than I think I can. He will ask me to try new things, and if I can't do it, he says well we can't do this now but we will work on it.
He is very knowledgeable about the human body, and is careful to always ask me how I feel after a workout.
While I have not lost the weight I want, that's on me. His training emphasizes a holistic approach, including a food diary and eating healthy. As others have said, he is positive and good humored, and is very flexible if there are schedule conflicts.

In addition to feeling stronger physically, the best bonus of working with Brice has been my "mental health". I have a more positive outlook on life and look forward to every day.

Whether you are looking to get in shape or get in better shape, are 25 years old or 65 years old, I highly recommend Brice. He will change your life!

I have been training with Brice for about 6 months now and wanted to make sure enough time had passed before I wrote an informed review. I would start by saying - he is amazing!!!! I had never needed/wanted to workout my entire life until an epiphany in my 30s and was still very reluctant to do so without help to make sure I was doing what was right for my body. Brice does exactly that - he keeps each one of our workouts interesting while targeting those specific areas of the body that need more help, all the while making you stronger as a whole. I truly miss the days I am not working out with him when I travel! He is motivating, encouraging, knows his stuff and I look forward to gym days.

Brice is an incredible trainer. He will push you while understanding your strengths and limits and guiding your workouts through that knowledge.

I moved to Houston recently after working long hours and not taking care of myself during my previous job. Training with Brice has helped me set standards, focus on myself, relieve stress, and motivate me to live a healthier lifestyle.

My experience with Brice is awesome. He works with you on your schedule; however crazy it can be. What you find out training with him is that he prepares your workout in details, knows what you have worked out in the past sessions, your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to work on. He will push you, sometimes without you knowing that you are being pushed; but the results will become obvious. He's fun to work with, but doesn't waste your time. He is as dedicated as they come. I highly recommend him with no reservations whatsoever. The experience in the gym itself is really great too; it has all what you need and the showers are really nice.

I've trained with over 5 trainers in the past, including those from well known gyms, triathlon, and running coaches. Brice is by far the best.

He customizes the training to your abilities, goals, and based on well researched methods. He has helped me get back on track after a serious wreck, set up training to boost my performance in competitive outrigger canoeing, and has been a great running partner, including adjusting gym and running workouts to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.

I get tons of compliments on my fit body and I am way older than most in a gym, but thanks to Brice, don't look like it. Brice works well with all ages and abilities, and has a personality that is fun and encouraging for all.

He is always intent on learning more in order to help his clients succeed, and he is genuinely committed to helping all get in better shape.

I highly recommend Brice.
