Great location, really clean, and more equipment than you would think for a small gym. Treadmills, barbells, dumb bells, and machines. I am able to do my whole workout no problem.

Joe is awesome and this is a phenomenal place for veteran contract personal trainers. Sufficent spacing and a host of functional fitness equipment. Great crowd of clients, members and trainers that all have excellent gym etiquette.
