I'm usually pretty active at work and play either soccer or basketball twice a week. Thinking I'm a fit and healthy guy, when my knee started getting sore, I just assumed it would pass and I'll feel better within the week. This wasn't the case. After 2 weeks, I didn't know what could have caused the pain. I didn't have any accidents and I didn't feel like I exercised more than usual when the pain started.
I went to see Jay.
He felt around, made me do some movements and quickly knew what was happening inside my knee. Even after the first session, I felt much better! After each session with him, the pain would go down significantly and he would insist I do my "homework" each day.
After some more sessions, the pain was completely gone! I honestly feel stronger than before I had the pain. Sutaria Training & Fitness not only treats you but the main thing I appreciated was that they took the time to TEACH as well.
I know more about my body and it motivated me to do better and take care of myself. Thank you!!
