As a pro athlete/fighter with bunch of body injuries, I literally felt the difference and absolutely next level of full-body workout and exercising. Specially focusing on all the little bitty and neglected muscles in my body. I had a great experience in this place. It was actually my first Pilates session ever with maybe one of the best instructors in the business Mrs. Javiera. What an amazing, knowledgeable and professional instructor. The Studio itself is so clean and all the staff are friendly an welcoming. 100% recommended.

Everyone at Pure Body is fantastic. All the instructors are very knowledgeable. They listen to your goals and personal challenges.
the instructors are constantly learning new techniques and working to improve their teaching skills.
Andriette has helped me recover from a long time back injury and build core strength I never thought I would have.
I highly recommend the team at Pure Body.

Pure Body Studio has the best instructors, is well-equipped with the tools we need to improve our body and mind, and most importantly people that truly care about our well-being. Shop around, but you will not find any place better!!!

I have been taking private lessons at Pure for a little over a year. The coaches are well trained and really care about and know how to work with people of all capabilities. My flexibility, strength and balance have improves immensely.

Th entire staff is very friendly and it is just a warm, fun place to workout.

For a first time Pilates student my individual lessons have been perfect! There was a general health / physiological assessment which led to us setting goals. Rehab of minor shoulder and hip ailments, improved flexibility and core strengthening were key. Each new exercise was introduced with a why and a how; I have not been made to feel like a beginner. Intensity has increased over time and now my shoulder has zero pain and we are well on our way with the other goals. Well done Pure Body!

Very professional and focus on ensuring you get the most out of your Pilates sessions! I started going to Pure Body Studio almost two years ago for two days a week to help with lower back pain (lower disc) - I have one on one sessions with Pilates Instructor Heather Greene. I was experiencing severe back pain, to the point I could barely move. The sessions with Heather focuses on strengthening and always being mindful of using my butt and abs for movements rather than my back.. The results: I completed a hike at Diamond Head National Park about two weeks ago. The picture is portion of the hike - 99 steep steps to get to a fabulous view. I made it! If you have asked me almost two years ago if hiking Diamond Head was doable for me; the answer would have been NO WAY Bottom line: I would recommend Pure Body Studio!

Everyone who works there is upbeat, positive, and genuinely interested in the you as a client. The classes give you a full body workout every single class. I always leave sweating and feeling strong. Each client receives individual attention during class whether your form is corrected or you are given a more challenging version of the exercise. Additionally, the studio is immaculately clean and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot say enough positive things about Pure Body Studio. Whether you have practiced Pilates for years or are looking for a new form of fitness, Pure Body Studio is the place for Pilates in Houston.

What a great studio; clean friendly, well organized with a very friendly staff. I take advantage of the 1:1 sessions with Heather G. She is always prepared to give me a good, challenging workout even if there are many people in the studio. Each workout starts with a discussion of how I am feeling so she can tailor the workout she had planned to whatever my specific needs are that day. I have had back problems for five years now. I tried PT, personal trainers, and pain management shots to control the pain. Then I tried Pilates with Heather. She is outstanding. Pilates has been by far the most effective exercise. Most days now I am pain free and able to do most of what I used to do before I hurt my back. Thanks a lot! I highly recommend this studio.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Pure Body! Best teachers, they make sure you are doing everything correctly! The feel is very mellow, the rooms are open and bright, but you still get in a great workout and leave feeling motivated and happy! Highly recommend!

Pure Body has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my workouts because the instructors are excellent and the overall experience is hassle free. I feel so good after Pilates--it's challenging, uplifting, and sustainable.

Everyone is very friendly and they all know everyone by name. The class sizes are small so they're able to give everyone attention and make corrections if needed. They also know who the beginners are and will give enough explanation of the exercises to be able to keep up and follow along. I haven't taken classes with everyone in the studio but I enjoyed Lindsey's classes. She was full of energy and made class enjoyable. I also enjoyed Andriette's classes because she really challenged me which was something I wanted.

I recently started taking classes here and just love it! The space is clean, modern, and peaceful, and the instructors are beyond fantastic. As a beginner I really enjoyed Tara's All Levels class. She took the time to learn about the experience level and specific concerns of each person in the class and made it a really enjoyable and useful class for all of us. Really, really fantastic.
