For 7 years I have struggled with my weight. Even with playing tennis five times/week, walking, eating healthy and avoiding sugar, wheat and flour I kept gaining pounds and inches. Nothing worked. In Feburary 2016 I was so fed up I consulted my doctor who put me on a low carb diet that made a difference in my weight but not my size. In June I started attending Uptown Fitness whole body boot camp twice/week and OMG! here I am in December slimmer than I've been in years! I've lost three inches off my belly fat with toned arms, back & legs. Awesome encouraging results! Love the small classes, personalized attention and friendly trainers that don't intimidate. This place totally ROCKS!!!
