This place has terrible customer service. I cancelled my membership because I had a personal trainer become visibly and verbally aggressive with me. Then, when I say down with the owner to discuss the issue, the owner dismissed the complaint as if I was a boy on a schoolyard complaining to a teacher. In the meeting he proceeded to ask me what I did for a living. What significance does my employment have? Was he judging me by what his perception of my employment was? I guess if you're a doctor paying for hundreds of dollars worth of personal training every month then you've got nothing to worry about. The cameras all over the place and warning signs about parking and valuables wasn't all that encouraging anyways. To the people that have read this far, find a gym where they treat everyone with equal respect.
