Super family oriented, everyone is super welcoming and helpful from the adults watching, to the people training. The more experienced boxers whether kids or adults are always glad to help one another out. Great team mentality. All the coaches are great and incredibly highly experienced. Been here for 2 years now under coach CED and the man knows his stuff. Whether you re starting out or pro, he can train you at any level and get you where you want to be. I ve trained in other cities while on vacation and everyone always seems impressed by the technique I learned at G&M under CED in such a short time. I don't plan on training anywhere else, especially while CED is there.
