I love the program Kelly runs at Lonestar fitness. They are so knowledgeable about what it takes to take the next step in fitness. Always coming up with new ways to keep their clients engaged- I can't say enough good things about Lonestar fitness!

Lonestar Fitness is a great facility. I was nervous about working out but the staff was very helpful in making my worries melt away along with some excess weight. The trainers are amazing and the facility is very nice!

Lonestar Fitness is the perfect place for people who hate big box gyms. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. With their upcoming expansion into a bigger and better location, the sky is the limit for this awesome gym. You'll be motivated to become a better you than you ever thought possible at Lonestar Fitness!
I've been doing Lonestar's bootcamps for a year now and have gone down 4 sizes. It's totally changed my life. In January I started semi-private training as well. For the first time in my life, I don't hide from the camera anymore. With other gyms/trainers I have been injured or didn't see results. Kelly worked with me on my nutrition and around my injuries (cracked knee cap) and I'm smaller now than even in high school -- we won't say how long ago that was.
