This place has alot of bed reviews..i wanted to give a chance n become a member.but was tottaly ignored the girl in the front desk was florting with another member so after 3 minute of waiting i left n went to 24hrs fitness..

I really like this place. Some people giving "1 star" because of the cancellation fee obviously haven't been to many gyms. LA fitness, 24 hour, and fitness 19 all require you to come in person to cancel and charge you a bigger fee than $10. Keep doing you, YOUFIT.

Everyone is so positive and helpful! You walk in, do what you have to do and if you have questions, the staff is always willing to help with a smile on their face. Love it!

This Gym is walking distance from my home and I workout here 4days a week with a friendly environment I give YouFit 2 thumbs way up.

Worse place ever. They charge me eight times in one day when it was supposed to be monthly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!!! AND WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHY THEY DID THAT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END RESPONDED THAT IT WASNT MY FAULT I DIDNT HAD MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

I've been a member at this location for almost 3 year's. It's clean and the staff are friendly. Overall it's just another gym...Except the personal trainer name Tricie! She's a wonderful person that won't give up on you and keeps you laughing during sessions. Great at what you do Tricie!

Monthly prices are reasonable, customer service is pretty good. They have a variety of fitness classes and the instructors are AMAZING! The cleaning staff is also very good at keeping the machines sanitized. This gym is kinda small (no pool or sauna) but it's definitely worth the try.

I have also had a bad experience with this facility's personal trainers. I originally signed a 3 month personal training session but it has been a horrible experience since the get go. I was approached by who then was the director of personal trainers asking me if I was interested in a fot test to measure where I was. We got through the fit test then i got suckered in to signing the 3 month contract, anyway the director did not once mention that there would be a 100.00 charge for the fit test. I ended up paying 352.00 when I signed the contract. For every 4 sessions I paid 152.00, which had to be automatically withdrawn every other week. It sucked because I would not get my full 4 sessions in and they would still withdraw the money. I asked for a refund but I just got the run around and got frustrated so I called the corporate number, well the person who "helped" me simply stated that I was still responsible for the payments and that if I did not pay my account would get sent to collections. Like I said i signed the contract in July of 2017 for three months but still havent been able to use all the sessions (which are already paid for) due to the trainers quitting, this will be the 4th trainer that has quit and no communication whatsoever in regards to them leaving or who will be picking up the clients. I always have to go and ask and they look at me surprised and say "Oh no one has given you a call?" There is bo communication to the customers and also something I did not know is that if your sessions expire, it is up to the gym to see if they can reinstated them. I did hear that most of the time te regional manager/director will not reinstate them, on the contrary he will try to get the customers to sign another contract, which makes it clear that all they care about is the money. Maybe the trainers will stay if they get better pay and not $8.00 a session when I am paying the gym $32.00. So what was supposed to be a 3 month contract starting in July has been stretched out to be a 9 month horryfying process. All in all lesson learned, and for those seeking personal trainers or employment with this facility do your research. I am very disappointed with this gym. It is hard to keep a positive outlook or keep doing your best at a fitness center who doesnt value its customers. And I actually feel that I am being nice by giving them 1 star update: I went in today (4/11/18) to inquire about my personal trainer who did not show up on the 26 of march and have not heard anything from the gym.And also wanted to inquire about my sessions. It turns out I have 7 sessions left and they expired on the 31, I asked what my options where. I was explained that an email would have to be sent to the manager and see if they could be reinstated and that most likely he would try to sell me another package ....I am so fed up... I explained the situation again to the person helping me. I was never notified that the rest of my sessions would be expiring soon and the trainer didnt even show up on the 26 of March which was my scheduled sessions with him. I wasnt given any clarity, I just want the money back from the sessions, such a hassle

I rarely leave reviews, but I would feel like I am doing a dis-service by not reviewing this gym. I DO NOT recommend this gym to anyone. Since December, I have had 3 different personal trainers. The first one resigned and the 2nd and 3rd trainers missed a total of 4 scheduled sessions. I did not receive a phone call prior to communicating why sessions were canceled. They simply did not show up. When I had the front desk person to call them, they would say they were 3 min away but show up 30 min later. I paid $304 for the sessions, and I expect quality because that is what they stated I would receive. Unfortunately, I am learning it is simply a scam. If I could give a zero review, I would. After the 3rd trainer missed the second session with me, I requested for my money back. The business manager quickly told me that it was against policy to receive my money back. Then I told her that I would proceed by filing a complaint with the BBB, attorney general, and anyone else who will help me to get my money back. She stated that I would receive a call or email, but it has been over 48 hours and I haven't heard from anyone. Please do yourself a favor, and do not invest in this gym.

Don't recommend youfit gym, limited access, limited hours, rude staff, unsafe area, There cancellation policy is a joke and you have to PAY to cancel a membership which they never tell you when signing up, was charged $42 dollars to start up when I was told deferent and was charged $10 to cancel membership. Better to pay extra at another gym like LA fitness or something. YOUFIT gym not worth the time and/or money!

I absolutely detest youfit health clubs.
If you are considering a membership? Don't.
Pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

Their facilities are nice and all, but that doesn't make up for their utter lack of customer support. I mean what kind on business in 2018 doesn't even have a contact email?? 24 hour fitness has an email, a chat system, an app, any of which you can cancel or pause your membership from. Whereas youfit you can only cancel from physically going into one of their locations or paying an additional fee to snail mail your cancellation.

I don't even live in Houston anymore. So I have the choice, pay the additional fee plus mailing fees. Or I can waste an entire day driving a few hundred miles back to Houston just to cancel this stupid membership that I HAVE NEVER EVEN USED!

Their complete lack of tact when hounding me to update my payment info is such a turn off that even if I did still live in Houston, I would go out of my way to never have to deal with youfit health clubs ever again.

I love the zumba class, and the teacher is very nice to everyone in the classes, they don't be busy when I'm there, but the gym is nice and clean, beening going for almost two years.......try it out you might like it....Well today May 4, 2017 was Solange the zumba teacher last day, she was the light of that GYM, it was always joy and happiness in the classes, we was all in tears today at the GYM, me and the ladies will miss her, she was the best, GOD BLESS YOU and your family......updates 1/18/2018 i hate when people read your review and try and base theirs on what you say, yes the GYM have a extremely high trun over with employees yes someone truck got broken into that's what she posted and yes it's a ten dollar a month GYM so what always post how YOU feel not on what someone else post, i hope everyone knows how that area is and always be on guard ......

I spent a number of years in the gym industry and have managed a few of them. I like this place. It's just what you need in a gym: free weights, machines, cardio, stretching area, aerobics, and a locker room. Nothing fancy, nothing crazy...just the bare bones of what you need. Guess what? Twenty-five pounds weighs the same regardless of if you are paying $10 a month or $75. All gyms have high turnover rates, that's just the nature of the industry. All gyms have break in issues in their parking lots. All of them. Trust me....I've seen it everywhere I go. And it's not the gym that's responsible for security, it's the property owner. This place is a good value. It gives you what you need, at a good price. Every gym has its ways that it's going to get you to pay. Typically the higher the enrollment fees, the lower the monthly fees and vice-versa. I like it here. It's not crowded. Everyone I have encountered there has been friendly. Overall I would recommend this place to others. It's a good value and has everything you need. If you want to work out, go here. If you want to go somewhere to be seen in your fresh new gear that you don't want to get sweaty in, go to the places with numbers and city initials in their names.

There is a breakin issue at Antoine location. Company says they know who the theives are but it's a matter of catching them .. No security only cameras .. So they know who broke in my truck and everyone else vehicles but still no security ? I discontinued my membership and workout at home.. It's safer ..

I LOVE MY GYM! The staff is very friendly, but the setup of the gym is what I love most. There are tons of cardio machines to choose from, the upper body machines are all one color and the lower body machines all another which makes it super easy to navigate the gym. Also, they have an Express workout area, where you can complete a very effective, total body workout circuit- WITH cardio- in just 30 minutes!! It's like having your own personal trainer! The gym is clean and membership cost is minimal...

This has been the best gym in which I have ever been associated. I have been a member almost two years. They have a wide variety of exercise equipment and helpful staff. You can't beat it!!

Might not be a big gym but it is worth paying for, there's enough equipment to use for your workouts and the staff is very helpful also nice. Needless to say I am satisfied.

Today I canceled my membership due to the lagging WiFi in this place. Not only does the WiFi there does not work at full speed with the password also any other connection fails there. Staff even attempted their system is slow due to slow connection..This is the only place I have an issue with. Can't really enjoy my cardio if I can not view you tube. Disappointed.

Cheap and cool trainer. when it starts to hurt, that's when the set starts. Eat BIG, lift BIG, get BIG. Go hard or go home and shut up!!!
