Khang was a great instructor. He explained the equipment and workout thoroughly before the group workout and during the workout was thorough and motivating as well. Playlist was awesome. Facility was clean and the equipment and technology is top notch!

I have been coming to Empower Fitness for over a year. They strive to provide a great mix of challenging workouts. The staff, trainers and facilities are best in class! Keep up the great work!

What an exceptional fitness experience! I've now taken several Empower Fitness Lab classes and have been wowed every time. The workouts are fun, challenging and well planned. The Trainer/Coaches are smart, friendly and keep you motivated to try hard for the whole session. I will suggest any of my friends try Empower Fitness Lab, no matter what their fitness level"

I would recommend Empower Fitness Lab Uptown to anyone who wants a great workout and fun at the same time. You will also not get board here as the workout is never the same, the music is always great and the trainers are some of the best in town. Not to mention if you want to mix some boxing or yoga into the mix you can get that there too. They offer your first class for free so kinda of a no brainer.

All the instructors are great and they are really nice. Their energy is great and bubbly. They are always there to help and push you along in your workout.

This place is GREAT! Right when you walk in they make you feel like family. I did enjoy the mixture of workouts, and the energy from the trainers is awesome! Will be returning!

I'm posting this on behalf of my wife.
"I was very happy with Empower until I had to cancel due to a knee injury. When I called to cancel after already not being able to come in for almost a month, I was advised they could freeze my account and within 60 days I could restart my account or cancel with no further fees. My injury did not heal fast enough, and when I went to cancel I was first told I had to pay for 4 more months which I never agreed to, and then the manager finally agreed I only had to pay for one additional month. I had planned on going back to Empower after my injury healed, but I won't give my business to a dishonest company who won't honor what they told a client. Buyer beware when cancelling with Empower. They will not honor what they told you originally."

Love the family environment that is hyper focused on putting their MEMBERS first! I had a baby 6 month ago and have been struggling to get off the last of my baby weight. At EFL I have a one stop shop: group training, one on one, and meal prep! The group training is awesome- they incorporate boxing, water rowers, heavy sand ropes, and the non-motorized Woodway treadmills are no joke. My heart rate monitor said I burned over 550 calories! Oh...and the coaches are amazing too. This place is definitely going to help me melt off this baby weight.

I LOVE EMPOWER FITNESS! It's so obvious that the staff and trainers love what they do. Not only do they take care of each an every client like family, but they give you a butt kicking work out with the best and safest equipment. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely loved this experience. Cardio + weight training + personal attention from the trainers. I'm so upset I don't live in Houston to go here regularly but I will be here whenever I'm in town. This is my favorite studio ever. I have never been so happy with a workout. And their customer service is amazing.

I LOVE Empower Fitness Lab! The staff is super friendly and the trainers are so supportive and empowering!! I have been working out pretty regularly for about a year and a half and my first workout at EFL kicked my booty and then some! To get a great workout and a feeling of family at fitness studio is rare, but EFL has it all!
