This is a great Crossfit gym. I bought some drop in passes and stop in from time to time. The WODs and scaling are always carefully thought out. Tons of friendly gym users here -- even though I'm an infrequent visitor, I always feel welcome. I definitely recommend checking them out.
There's so much I can say, but I'll try to keep it simple.
Finally after two years of trying to drop baby weight with little success, my waist-size is shrinking by the minute and my lifting abilities have increased dramatically. Besides physical differences, Blakely and Triat Crossfit reignited my athletic spirit. The environment is welcoming and supportive. Ability level truly does not matter. We all do the workout at our own pace. The best part of it all, is that we cheer each other on. Besides Blakely being an excellent trainer, she has a natural ability to attract good people and engage all of us whether in the gym and/or on social media. The group cares for each other and celebrates each other's accomplishments. It's nonjudgemental. Challenging. Entertaining. And most importantly, Fun!
I love this place. The owner is awesome and her workouts are top notch. The other members are super friendly. There are several CF boxes in the area, so for me, the most important thing was the variable membership options. They have this "punch card" that is awesome and definitely works for someone who has a variable schedule and doesn't want to pay for workouts they can't use, and end up quitting because you feel cheated.
