I have lost 7 lbs and lost 12 inches so far and I have 3 1/2 weeks to go. Brandy my laser tech is amazing, she make sure that you are well taken care of. She is very professional and sweet. I highly recommend this place!
I love going to my laser sessions! The techs there are very helpful. I lost about 14 pounds on my first two months ! They are teaching me how to keep the weight off. I still need to lose more but now I feel more confident I can do this. Thank you Innovative Lasers of Houston for helping me achieve my weight goal.
So happy I decided to try Innovative Lasers of Houston. I've only had 6 treatments and I can tell a big difference. The clothes that were too tight 3 weeks ago, are now loose and that's a great feeling. The staff is great from the first consultation to the young ladies giving the treatments. The Voss location has awesome hours to fit anyone's schedule. Just follow their instructions and you can't go wrong.
Met with Elisa today for the introductory session. She was very professional, informative and had a great personality! I was skeptical but decided to give it try and have not been disappointed. I followed the eating plan and did the liver cleanse a week before starting the treatment. I have now had two weeks of treatments and so far lost 8 lbs. Coming into the office every few days and being held accountable for eating properly was a big motivator. My consultation was at the Voss location and I chose to have my treatments at the Cinco Ranch location, which is very convenient. Ashley has been great! I would recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight.
Astrid really explained the program to me and it has been helpful in me making good food choices. I have had three sessions and definitely seeing results. The staff is also friendly and makes the experience relaxing

I love the way the staff treats me and the place is super clean. I have only been doing the treatment for 2 weeks and I've already lost 6 pounds and a inch from stomach, arms, and thighs. It is very important to drink your water. I love it.
This can really work if you follow the fat requirements and even better if you incorporate a little exercise. Ashley S. and Ashley B. @ the Cinco Ranch location are professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They have great ideas on how to help your journey. I've read that compression clothing after treatments can add to the benefit too.
I went for "sculpting" Was put on a strict 800 calorie a day diet, given diuretics and encouraged to exercise. If the lasers actually work, why then am I on this crash diet. I didn't want to lose a lot of weight (10 - 15 lbs at the most) and this is purported to be better than liposuction.
The two stars are for the technician at the Clear Lake location - GiGi is wonderful. The other individual "working" there makes you feel like it is all an expensive gimmick!

The people were very nice! The never overbooked their appt times. I lost 5% body weight and 3% body fat. I am at my lowest weight in 3 years. Even with working out three times a week, I could not lose this much weight. Plus, I lost it in all the right places! Not sure how much is the diet and how much is the lasers. Just happy it worked!!!
I'm into my 8th session at Innovative Lasers of Houston on Voss. I've lost eight pounds and overall 3 1/2 inches!! My jeans now require a belt to hold them up!! The process works if you stick to your diet and remember to drink the required water. I'm pleased with the results and hope to continue the process to see where it takes me!!
Everyone here is very informative and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and they get you in and out quickly. The hours at the Voss location are perfect when you are trying to work around a M-F work schedule. I can tell a difference in the way my clothes fit and I have been more driven to eat better and drink water. If you are looking for a jump start to a healthier life and weight loss, I would recommend innovative lasers of houston.
I challenged myself to try zerona laser. Best if u want to loss weight quickly. I learned about proper nutrition, drinking adequate water, & well balanced life. I dropped 1-2 sizes. Great experienced. Claudia & Ashley S. are awesome. They knows how to deal with client. Always explained the process.
I visited the center not knowing what to expect. I must say that overall my experience was positive. I saw results and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Ashley B. and Claudia. If you are contemplating signing up, I would definitely do so and make sure that you ask for Ashley B. or Claudia, they are the best!
I was totally disappointed in my treatments at Innovative Lasers. I bought the package for 2 weeks (three times a week) with a free week of 3 treatments. Total of 9 treatments. I loss weight 3-4# prior to starting the treatments due to the diet and liver cleanse. My measurements never went down a full inch during the treatment time. I also was concentrating on one specific area and elected not to turn over half way through each treatment so I could get double time on this one area. Nothing!!!!!! I was so disappointed that I did not go to the last 2 treatments. In order to loose what they say on commercials you must have to go for months in order to loose that many inches, not to mention the cost. I never saw anyone (as in the leaders or people on commercials) except on the Consultation visit in Houston. I went to the newly opened center in Clear Lake. I will say the girls there were very friendly but it was a new center and they were there by themselves and super busy. I am only giving 1 star or it would not post this. I totally blew this money!!!!
I have had a great experience at Innovative Lasers of Houston. Can really see a difference in my midsection front and back love handles and fat. I wasn't looking to lose a lot of weight but did lose about eight pounds. I love the staff at 1960 Walters Road. They are very proficient, patient, extremely nice and have made good recommendations about diet and exercise. I am very happy with my results!
My name is Chelsie Mosley and I have been going to Innovative lasers for the last 3 weeks. This place is amazing it actually works I've lost 11 pounds so far. The workers are amazing they make you feel comfortable especially Ashley B. She's very sweet and she make sure she checks on you and that you're okay. I will definitely be back to them again to lose a little bit more weight and get to my goal.

Loved my results. Down 20+ pounds. I was able to go down 1 pants size & 1 shirt size. The staff are all great! Very helpful & motivating. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a jump start!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I had signed up. Did one session. Went to another. And no one was there at the time of my appointment. When she did show. It was past time my appointment was to start. Called to cancel but had to leave messages. I had called one to two times a day for the last 2 weeks in regards of canceling. Finally was able to speak with Whitney and she was very rude. Not accommodating or apologetic for none getting back with me in within these two weeks and in regards to receiving refund or partial refund. Definitely would not recommend Innovative Lasers of Houston.
I can truly say this treatment does work I am down inches and weight. I am so happy with the results thus far. I have recommended this treatment to my freinds and family. On my way to to a healthier and happier me.
The lasers worked very well on me and i like the staff always friendly and welcoming they made me feel great. On measurements they were always on time and i liked how they had the time to explain my chart to me every time i had questions
The Staff has been great support, especially Ashley Berrios. The ladies there want you to succeed and they are there to help in any way. It is a life changing commitment. I highly recommend this to anyone is wants a change and needs a successful start.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and really motivating. Its like going to a spa. There are a few do's and dont's to the program undergoing the treatment, but I am sooooooo HAPPY with my results so far! Im at a total of 12.5 inches and 16 pounds lost and I'm barely at my third week. I really recommend this place!
I went for 3 weeks and never lost anything!! The whole program is a very strict diet, which you would lose weight anyway, And drink tons of water, which is good for you, but then when you don't lose weight, they blame it on the fact that you didn't drink a gallon of water every day!! I can diet at home. They made me think that the lasers would just dissolve fat away, and I never noticed it make any difference in any fatty, hard to get rid of areas, of my body.
Before you ever start the program I paid $250 extra, on top of the $1200, for a liver flush kit and all these supplements, which didn't do anything to help me lose weight!! Personally I think the whole thing is a scam. No follow up was ever made. They just take your money and your on your own!! I would not recommend this program to anybody. And I was really excited about it.
They cheated me out of $300 when I canceled . I went in for a deal that I saw on Houston life. I received a high pressure sales pitch and ended up signing up for $1100 worth of treatments. They tell you that you have 72 hours to cancel. When I got home I realized that on my disabled veteran's pension I could not afford this luxury so I called to cancel. It took them 3 days to refund my bank account and when they did they only refunded $800. I tried to fight this through my bank but was told that innovative lasers said that I got "supplements" and that they keep a percentage as outlined in the contract. You don't have time to read the contract. It's like a car sale. They shove papers in front of you one after the other and say to sign it. So I paid $300 for absolutely nothing. I did not get even one treatment but it cost me $300. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever .

I go to the location in the Spring location and Elisa S. is very helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. You have to work the program, but i am very happy with the results.
If I could give higher rating I would. I am happy with my results. I came in because I have a lot issue with little fat here and there. Guess what? I am losing it. Because of how happy I am my husband encouraged me to submit this review to let you guys know of this laser Treatment.

So far I'm on my third treatment and I can say I've lost some fat and also gained muscle. Obviously the muscle gain is not from treatment but I'm not so sure the little fat I've lost is either at this point. I am also enrolled in a fitness boot camp and I've changed my eating habits significantly. I will post another review after I have completed my 4 weeks as I feel I cannot speak a lot about the laser treatment itself at this point. What I can speak of is the facility and staff. First I want to mention the building they have chosen to be in is very strange. There is something about it that just doesn't sit right with me. Also the parking is a mess and the way the free Valet parks peoples cars... I wouldn't want them touching my vehicle. I've had to park down the street and walk to this building because of it. The staff is hit or miss. There are some shady people that I see some days but there are some nice people on other days. Make sure when you cancel an appointment you receive an email confirming the cancellation. I've had a time where I cancelled an appointment over the phone, went in the next day to confirm and they said it was still scheduled. Mind you they have a fee of $125 for no cancellation. If I hadn't asked they would've still had my appointment and charged me when the day had come and I did not show. I've also made appointments over the phone and waited on emails to come through so I could confirm all the dates and times matched up with what I gave them. I found one appointment was scheduled for the wrong time & when I called back to try and change it there was a lady named Trish who rudely explained to me that appointment was a mistake & that she doesn't think anyone would want to work on that day and therefore I wouldn't have an appointment since it is labor day. Couldn't you have kindly told me it was labor day and I could schedule for a different date? Their employee's work ethic concerns me. & now after writing this review my last three treatments were cancelled... Hmm.... Wonder what you have to say about that?

Got engaged with this treatment 2 weeks ago. Happy with my results. Getting my sessions scheduled was prompt and efficient. I was given my desired days of the week and time according my personal schedule. My inch loss is going well. Staff goes above required standard. Recommended.
