Awesome facility! Miguel Ochoa assisted me with a membership. Was very fast & knowledgeable. Overall all staff is nice, and the place is very clean. Great location to work out!
I enjoy everything the Bissonnet location as to offer. Low cost, kids club included and an amazing basketball court. It does get busy and for good reason this deal is amazing here. Kids

I absolutely love this gym! I initially called to set up an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting Miguel. He was very welcoming and gave me a great tour of the gym, showed me all of the great amenities and I signed up that week. Ladies the classes are phenomenal and you just cant beat the price ANYWHERE IN TOWN!
Great gym! Always clean. The spin instructors are all amazing. The staff is friendly and they are always working hard to meet their clients needs. All of the workout classes I have tried have been led by great instructors. I've never checked into a gym so many times until I became a member here.
I'm sharing this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.When your cancelling a membership, you must put the name of the person that you are cancelling the membership for. Not of the account membership holder or the person that the bank drafts from. I had two people on my account myself (payer & account holder) and someone else. Even if you put the correct key tag membership number to cancel, if you failed to put the name of who holds that key tag number they will not cancel the membership for that key tag number. Beware of this simple mistake that I was completely unaware of and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOUSTON failed to notify me about, question, email or call. This caused for my membership to not be cancelled and they continue to draft.When I was finally able, after many attempt calls to speak with a manager(Stephanie) she not only refuse to refund me the 2 months they should have not drafted. She went to further say that she as a courtesy was cancelling my membership, instead of making me fill out another request online and get drafted additional months until they process the request. I explain to her as best as I could that I was completely unaware and she never once apologized and had no empathy what so ever. It's not acceptable how such a BIG company would not invest in training and having competent people helping their customers.
Great gym for price. Wish they would enforce ppl retaking the weights like at golds gym. Tired of ppl using dumbbells as their personal phone or cup holders
This is such a nice gym with all the great amenities, classes, basketball gym, theater room, and much much more that makes it so hard to not come back or cancel my membership but I'm leaning more towards it.
All the lame regulars act like they run the place. Most of them just stand around and people watch or perv-creep on any female around.
The sauna is disgusting, numerous times I've been in there and someones workout outfit all soaking wet is laid out stretched over the benches trying to dry out while the owner is no where in sight.

Sometimes it depends on the kind of customers who throw the dumbbells around and nobody seems to pick them up. The place is overall clean, the staff is generally welcoming and friendly. the only thing I will say they need to work on or improve is men's restroom, it's always dirty. Another thing that I don't like is that they sell everything really expensive like the Gatorade is $2. Rest, keep up the good work.

I go because of convenience but its dirty. People are nasty. Make sure you wipe EVERYTHING down and there are regulars who act like they run the place so pay no mind to them. I wish it was cleaner but you get what you pay for

I wish i could give less than one star. Staff and management there truly dont care about there customer. Fitness Connection can thank LA fitness for the new customer. I have a account there now and i love it. I have learned that when it comes to gyms u get wht u pay for.
Nice and clean! I love the fact that they finally they were able to keep weights out of the sauna and dressing room. Looks a lot cleaner!
I think I gym itself is ok. But the women s area needs to be a tad bigger. Not only that the kids section for when you bring your little ones needs to have more caregivers. When I dropped off my daughter's 4 and 3 they ran in to play. But all I saw was only one lady around her 50s for all the children that were there. There was about 30 to 40 kids plus 2 infants.
I will not recommend this gym to anyone. This gym honestly should've been flooded by Hurricane Harvey. Idc, throw the whole gym away. First off, the gym smells like a mixture of lead and bad body odor. It's literally hard to breathe. There's too many ppl that you can't even get on a machine or sit in the sauna. Most importantly, this gym definitely needs to invest in a security guard. The area it's located in is very sketchy and unsafe. It's a crappy area in general. Multiple cars are broken into weekly. It's such a disgrace. Something needs to get done regarding that & I'm surprised they've done nothing about it. Pathetic cowards are watching you leave your car so that they can grab whatever is in it. Until then, this gym will continue to be a piece of trash from the inside & outside. It's not a good look & this is all facts. I advise you to run as far as you can away no matter how good of a deal you think you're getting for a membership. $10/month is not worth it for a grimy & sub par gym. Thank me later.

If you are thinking of joining this gym do not start going to this gym until May because regardless of what month you start they are going to charge you an annual fee in April. I started in the beginning of the year & already have to pay an annual fee...make sense? I think not.
The classes are so so...the instructors just jump into the moves without really showing you the moves so it's kinda hard to keep up with some of the instructors (not all).
**Oh heck no...i just edited my review from 2 to 1 star because I called to cancel after my paid through date & the told me it is a 30 days process. So there for they are gonna charge me again for next month.
They are really trying to get you for all the money they can.

***BEWARE*** We are relocating out of state where there is not a gym near by. It has been a week of emailing back and forth trying the cancel my membership due to NO club within a 50 mile radius of my home address. They are claiming that I would have to buy out the contact in order to cancel. So they suck you in and act like money hungry people when you try to leave the gym. This company is a joke and have very poor business practice. I would never ever recommend this Company to anyone. The front desk staff is a JOKE. They need to start from beginning and replace the teenagers working at the front. They expect you to pay for a service that you are not using. There District Manager Zack is no help either. I will be putting in a Complaint with the BBB and all the other review companies in the upcoming days. BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THE THIS COMPANY. Go to another gym that wants to give you great service.
I've been going to this place since the Harvey storm hit Houston (Plant Fitness closes for almost a week). There are a lot of things I like here, like new aquoipment and lots of space. But there are also some problems there; No one returns weights to the place, and the crew is supposed to help with it, but they do it once a day, so you can't find a free weights, wet wipes, there are about 4 machines of tissue and water sprayers in this huge place, and what happens is that people give up cleaning.!! I was trying to downgrade from $ 20 a month to $ 10 (because I do not have a friend who will come with me at the moment) they want me to pay 100$ for it but the cancellation the membership is free and they don't care so much if you will.. go figure....
The gym small but nice and clean. i like it but the staff are very unprofessional and do not seem to be trained properly. the lady that signed me up Lady was very nice she gave me her prices and i did not like them so said i did not have my debit card and would not be able sign up she had the audacity to ask me to leave my Driver licence and then come back with the money. After this i just said that i would just sign up to the gym closer to my house she then brought in her manager which offer to put $1 down payment and said that i would pay 13.84 for the first month for my two memberships and then i would pay 22 every month for each. So i signed up with my bank account and Lady told me that i could get a free session with the trainer at the same time as my sister who is underage. When i went to my appointment the trainer told me that he could not have a training session with my little sister because she is underage, and i fell like this is something that the woman that signed me up should have disclosed to me. anyways i was like whatever but then at the end of the month instead of getting charged $13.84 for each membership i was charged $112.00 and i still don't understand why. the woman who is helping me(Cristina) said she would speak to the manager on duty and claimed that i should have my money back in a couple of days, but still this is unacceptable after i get my money back i am never coming back to this location i will just go to another fitness connection, i am very disappointed.
After canceling my membership online, fitness connection continued to charge my checking account months after the cancellation. When I went into the gym to resolve the issue I was told the reason why was because I didn't enter the FC#... I WAS SENT A CANCELLATION EMAIL!!!! But I didn't cancel my membership is why I was still being charged???
I love this gym l. I love the ambience. There's music playing which keeps you motivated. Its a clean facility.
People are not too close together even on a crowed day. There is a Steam Room.
There is plenty of Equipment to choose from. Its not expensive
Pretty nice gym. My only complaint is that recently they've turned off the AC in the movie room. No Bueno.
This gym is horrible if you compare to other fitness connections. Unclean, The Paper Towel is never restocked. And there A.C movie room is like a Sauna room now. They purposely turn off the A.C.. I went to the front desk many times regarding this issue and they said they will turn it on but.they never did. It's been past 4 days the A.C room is humid and hot and there is 99% chance where bacteria and germs can wide spreadly. It shows how the lifestyle of the staff are when u see this gym. Other fitness connection don't have this issue. Only this one do. STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED OR CHANGED.
