I have been training with Jordan at Houston Strength for the better part of a year, and have been extremely satisfied with my results. I have a pretty extensive athletic and strength training background dating back to high school and collegiate rowing, but felt like I was stuck in a rut on a plateau while trying to program my own routine. Jordan has consistently helped dial in my diet and has provided fresh workouts in an effort to reach sub-10% body fat. To that end, I've dropped from 14% to around 10% body fat in under four months. I don't think I've ever looked better.
The training space is small, but incredibly well-equipped -- better than any other gym of which I've been a member. And the trainers utilize the space and equipment to the maximum.
Even better, the training rates are competitive AND there's no additional gym fee, since they own their own space. (I already pay for my "regular" gym for my regular workouts.)
I've already recommended them to friends and coworkers and have no qualms recommending them here.
