UPDATE: Here it is 06.27.18 and still not one person has called me, no one has provided me any information or given a formal apology. no one has offered in any way to try and make things rights. Just further proof they do not care about their clients, they only care about their membership - once your in your just another piece in the machine.
If you options, choose any other gym as they are sure to treat you better.

On 06.09.18 at this location I had my locker had the padlock cut off and my wallet stolen (I was not the only one). I filled out a report and was told a manager would get with me and nothing. Came in Monday and spoke with a manager and was told he would call me back and nothing.
So I tried to be patient but apparently LA Fitness don't give a F** about their customers, their security, their belongings, their safety or even trying to simply do the right thing.
There is absolutely no procedure or protocol in place to deal with theft - there is absolutely no procedure or protocol in place to help, assure or deal with people who are dealing with theft within their facility - there is security team in place whatsoever, no follow up, no courtesy, no respect!
They literally hound you until you sign up with dozens of phone calls and plenty of 'customer service' but it apparently stops the moment you start paying their fees.
If you choose to utilize LA Fitness, be sure to keep your bag and you belongings with you at all time - do not use the lockers, do not expect your belongings to be safe, do not expect anything from LA Fitness or their staff if something happens.
