I have been working out for over 40 years. Planet fitness is clean and the staff is always working. I have worked out in many gyms over the years and planet fitness is in the top.
We join Planet Fitness every time we visit the USA. They have a large selection of machines, free weights, and exercise areas. Our local place has tanning beds and massage chairs. This is a great guilt free gym.The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. My wife and I love it
The staff is awesome. They welcome everyone and make everyone feel comfortable. I love this gym and drive out of my way to come to this location, every day!
bsolutely my favorite location. Everyone here is super friendly, and helpful, I adore the morning staff and there's one guy who always has me checked in when I hit the door, which I personally definitely admire! One of the girls even let me know my billing card was about to expire before hand, which I loved because it shows me that they pay attention, and prevented me from possibly having to pay a late fee had my old expired card info been declined at the next payment! Manager Sherrita always puts a smile on my face and I love cutting up with her! I have my favorite members but every staff member at this location all make going to the gym a little more pleasant!
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. The place is SO clean! This is definitely the best west side location. The one in Katy has only one machine for several things that this one has two for. I really enjoy working out here!!!
Nice PF, it is kept clean and the staff is nice. The Smith machines/ equipment needs to be lubricated from time to time because they stick quite a bit.
The place is clean. Staff could be more welcoming/friendly... Maybe they were just tired. I usually go mornings and not at this location
I enjoy the helpful staff and I know the equipment is safe to use for the reason being that safety is the number one priority!
Gym employees are very nice and accomadating, only thing i would say is missing is a swimming pool. Equipment is nice and clean. Locker rooms are clean. Only thing that's slightly annoying, only one sink works in the mens bathroom, cant say if they've fixed it yet. Come early, all of the benches are taken after 5pm.
Night staff will educate you on all equipment
Sorry I had to cancel, moving out of town, the lady who took care of me gave me a pleasant experience. Was very nice, even though it was a cancellation. Thank you guys so much for great service.

This establishment has improved dramatically! The staff is very supportive and attentive to your needs. They are always cleaning the equipment, the shower areas are clean, and the tanning beds are sanitized. You are greeted with a smile. The staff does not micro manage the members under any circumstances. My wife and I feel comfortable there. We've decided to keep our membership with this business. I am giving them a four star rating for improved efforts. Keep up the good work!!

My wife and I visit this establishment often. Our last visit was on 06/10/18. I decided to use the stand-up tanning bed for the first time. I asked the person at the front desk if it was "sanitized" She said it was. When I entered the tanning booth, I immediately noticed body grease and hair on the side panels. It was totally disgusting. I only used it for a few minutes, got dressed, and spoke with manager. I asked her if the tanning booth was sanitized, and she replied it was. I took her to the tanning both and showed her what I found. She said she would have it cleaned.
I asked her how come they don't place the "sanitized" plaque on the floor of the tanning booth, and she said they only put it on the horizontal bed which is not true, because I have not seen the plaque for quite some time. It is apparent this manager is not keeping tabs on the employee's responsibilities.
My wife is not a member of this facility as of yet, and I am seriously considering cancelling my membership there based on health concerns. You can easily catch a disease there, and it is not safe to tan there. Keep in mind, I have noticed since management has changed, there has been a decline on the maintenance of the equipment including the tanning booths. The club used to provide eye shields, and always placed the "sanitized" plaque on the horizontal bed. I recommend that a sanitized plaque be placed on the floor board of the stand-up tanning booth as well.
I am upset with this facility with the way it is being managed. The people who worked there were very nice and accommodating, but have since then left to other jobs. I hope there would be changes to the above soon, for I enjoy using the tanning booths. For now, I will not recommend my wife to join this facility until I can clearly see changes with the above referenced matter.

Staff is great and friendly. been coming to this gym for about 3 years now, to the date ive never had and issue with the place, staff always try to keep it clean and fresh, they will always greet you and ask how you day is going.

The personal trainer Tracy is fantastic! He really knows how to challenge you and have you sweating in no time. Not only does he challenge you but he is very careful with clients who have injuries such as myself he will always have your safety in mind but will also push you past what you thought you could never do and he also quickly picks up on his clients strengths and weaknesses and targets exactly what you want! I brought in my sister who has major back problem on top of just giving birth, she made that known to him and he was able to mold his workouts to work for her perfectly my sister loved it!

Came to the gym and asked if it would be possible to get a free day pass to see if I like it before signing up. The staff person seemed clueless and told me that this is not possible. When I told her that I have seen free day pass online she said that she does not know how to do it...

Night guys are awesome, friendly and informative. Don't know why but night staff at most gyms is usually more welcoming.
Day crew is hit n miss. Blue hair girl is sweet but stone faced brunette just stands there motioning the others to attend Members instead of being a team player and acknowledging guests. Please send this broad to a seminar on customer service. I'm guessing she's a manager.
TRX area occasionally gets closed for personal training. Wth is wrong with you people. Closing the entire area that has 8+stations for ONE person? (During peak times) That's just stupid. One should be able to work around a busy gym when training NOT hog an entire area.
Gym is okay the place isn't so dirty it's more the members that are nasty. Almost no one carries a towel. I do occasionally spot other members wiping equipment down after using it but I'm estimating it's less than 10% from what I've seen.
I find myself wiping machines and equipment down twice as a result. Before: because of the dirty MFs that don't and After: because I'm considerate.
Music sucks. Then again don't all gyms play crappy music?
Parking lot has a security guard but I would not leave any valuables in your car. Lots of sketchy people roaming around here in the area.

It's open, it's a gym. It's a little run down but not as bad as most in this town. Automated sinks in locker room make it difficult to shave. Counter depth keeps me too far away from the mirror to see if I missed anything. Shower hardware frequently clunky and off center.
Best staff plus good service you will ever have in here. I have been here for 2 years and i lost my key tag so many times that i could remember, but the Staffs are willingly to help me. And the Equipments are nice and clean.

I love this PF!!! It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Management is doing a great job! I've been a member of high end gyms and PF is just as great without the pretentious environment.
I want to like this place. Its really close to my house and being 24hrs makes it super convenient. But the guy who is at the front desk in the late shift is kinda rude. Hes not friendly or approachable. Which is kinda of annoying to deal with when I need to ask him for tokens or ask questions.. I dont feel very welcomed wen I come in to the place. But otherwise during my workout its fine.
I enjoy going to work out there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The training classes are great. Will who is the trainer at this location is very good he cares about his clients and it shows.
The tall guy at the front desk late at night seems like he hates his job. I might not be the only one that feels that way. Or maybe he just doesn't like me, which is ok but I don't need to know it. Terrible service from him. Great place to work out.
I was okay with the facility although it's so small & barely have anything inside until I met one of the managers name Cindy (I believe that's her name). My gym partner and I had been attending this location for about a month before he decided to join so we could use the massage section together. He had a balance from years ago so we contacted the collections agency to pay about 200.00, then sign-up online.
When we arrived to the gym to give his information, the manager & one of her staff members made a scene as if we'd done something awfully wrong. I tried explaining to her the situation but she insisted that I was lying regarding signing up online.. She stated, of course you signed up online anyone could but you have to pay the balance ALSO to the gym. I wish I would pay double for an empty gym that doesn't have everything I need. I had proof that I paid the balance but she refused to see it.
Cindy leadership skills was so sad and it showed her age. instead of dealing with the situation, she appointed her African American staff member to deal with as if we were dangerous people. Basically, my partner is banned due to an owed balance that they never would've known about if we didnt try to sign him up.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This manager is petty and she clearly do not have enough job duties.
If I could leave zero I would. Their customer service is awful. The location is very inconvenient. I just hated going. I paid a ridiculous amount to cancel after just one month, because the company charges a 40 annual fee less than 2 months before you have had the membership. Couldn't get in before the 25th of the month to cancel because I've been extremely sick, so I was charged for the cancellation and the annual fee. Don't do it. Just don't.
