Deborah is amazing! I recently did a one hour reiki session and I loved that she took out the time to explain to me what the process would be like and ensuring that I was comfortable along the way. I left feeling a lot more grounded and invigorated!

I had a Reiki session for one hour and absolutely loved it! Much better than body massage as can keep clothing on and not oily after. It was relaxing and reviving at the same time! Deborah is amazing

This place has such great energy! Deborah is a great teacher and is so knowledgeable in many modalities. You can tell she really cares for others. I definitely recommend a reiki session from you!

I've been going to Yoga Mix for about 2 years. It is the perfect combo of challenging poses and relaxing breathing. Deborah is so knowledgeable and leads a wonderful session. Non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is always so friendly. Great place for a beginner and more experienced yogis.
