Best gym in Houston. Very clean well established and the prices are unbeatable ($99/mo. for s&c classes )

Clean facility and great place to train as a beginner or as an advanced martial artist. Coaches are friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced ($99/month kickboxing or boxing only + performance Trainings) with no contract! Have lockers and showers.

Love the gym and staff! When you walk in you're greeted by staff. Staff are always helpful. Coaches are top level AND supportive. No egos or attitudes. No drama. GFTeam (BJJ) I love. Everyone is welcome no matter the team- and that's a result of having respect for self and others.

Don't let the 4.0 reviews fool you. This is THE best gym. Gets a 5 stars like its a 5 star hotel vs say planet fitness or other gyms. There is no lack of gym equipment if you're alone and have the gym to yourself. The guys in the UFC in cross fit and other Olympic sports don't have the tires the rope or the Olympic rings. I've heard this place has a sauna, showers in the changing rooms and a wall for rock climbing. Its very important to shower immediately for staph. Besides that boxing and wrestling are very important and the BJJ is of the highest quality Brazilian gfteam. There are kettlebells coaches and strength and conditioning coaches for doing these things correctly. It is the hardcore correct instruction. They will never lack talented instructors to come and teach. If you ever lack a class or need to pay private instruction it is very much possible to recreate in here something you may not be able to buy somewhere else. It has everything.
