Showed up 10 minutes ahead as a guest, was told need to be here 30 minutes ahead to be checked in to try them out. Who in right mindset will waste 30 minutes to fill a form, show an ID and get instructions. I hope they are good but I may never be back
Love the workout, environment and coaches! Glad to be a member. The front always are helpful and make a point to get to know each person
My first visit was amazing!! They had a sign welcoming me when I arrived. Nice touch!!! The gym was clean and smelled nice, not sweaty like most places. The instructor was so nice and made me feel comfortable in my new surroundings. The workout was tough but if you needed to slow down, you didn't get called out, which was great. Looking forward to losing weight.
You can feel the energy and enthusiasm. The fitness instructors are motivating and encouraging. The only workouts that I actually enjoy!
Orange Theory is fantastic - especially at North Plano!! They are very welcoming and friendly! The coaches are amazing, especially Sara, Brittney and Courtney!! They are encouraging, motivating and genuinely so nice. The classes are different each time and are a good challenge that the coaches push you to finish right down to the last seconds. I have only been going for a little over a month and I love it. I never felt judged or in competition with anyone but myself to just be better. The heart monitor you wear shows your progress throughout the class with your heart rate ranges and splat points (orange zone) and the workouts with the weights, the coaches show variations if you need them, which is really great. I can not recommend this fitness program and location enough!!
Top-notch workout that's different every time.so you never get bored! There is a trainer to make sure you do everything correctly and they push you to achieve your best results. The staff is super friendly and knows everyone by name. I feel welcome every time I visit and I know I'm going to get a great workout everytime I go in!

The front desk at this location has always been very pleasant and helpful! I wanted to especially recognize Princess because she has always been so patient helping me with my monitor when I was having issues. Honestly all of the ladies have been wonderful and I recommend this location.

Extremely rude and not welcoming. The woman at the front desk told me I couldn't do a test class because I should have come 30 minutes early to get introduced to the trainer & get a walk-thru of the workout facility. Like bruh?!?! You seen one, you seen them all. I walked in to the most nastiest looks, but hey my coins will stay in my purse, so I WIN!
I have gone to this location for almost exactly one year. I love the friendly and welcoming staff - they keep my motivated and help me have fun along the way. I keep up with my workouts and I am very pleased with the results I have reaped. I am down 15 pounds in fat and replaced that with lean, tone muscle. Thanks Paulette and OT!!
