Update: My son has a fractured tibia. Don't take your kids here, they don't value safety at all.
Update 11/15/2017: The owner of Urban Air responded to my Yelp review, instructing me to contact the regional manager about my experience. I did so on 10/2. As of 11/15, I have had no response whatsoever.
Don't go here unless you want your child to get injured. We went for a birthday party last year and had a pretty good time. We went again today and could not have been more disturbed by the visit. From 11am to noon they only had one employee monitoring the 6 different trampoline areas. I didn't see the employee instruct any kids in a manner that would help with safety, but she sure did enforce the "No socks, unless they're the Urban Air socks we sell here" rule (which isn't posted anywhere on their website, they ambush you with it).
After noon, they added 1 more employee, but this still didn't help with safety. There is an area with 3 trampolines that jump into a foam block pit. Last year there was an employee stationed at the pit ensuring that only 1 kid was on each trampoline at a time and that they wait until kids cleared the foam pit before jumping in. Not a single employee there this year. I saw one kid get pulled out of there with a busted head and another crying about his leg. I tried telling my 4 year old how to be safe on it, but one of the larger kids jumped at him and busted his leg. He was screaming in agony and has been for the past 2 hours since we had to leave. Now we're trying to figure out if we need to take him to the ER because it's Saturday and he can't stop crying in pain. We stayed glued to our kids the entire time, but we can't control what other kids do. That's what you depend on EMPLOYEES for when you go to a place like this designed for children.
Also, I saw reviews about the restrooms smelling like urine. This is true. Last year, the bathroom floor was covered in urine. This year, they have mats so you just don't notice it as much. It's expected when there are so many young children, but maybe clean the restrooms more often considering these barefoot kids are dragging this urine back onto the trampolines.
