I tried to join this club 3 times over a 2 years timeframe. The first time, I stopped after work around 9 PM I approached the front desk expecting to get the usual walk-around, sign up and train. Well, the lady at the front told me that there was nobody to show me the place so I had to come the next day! She was respectful and I am sure this was management's fault and not hers. Life happened and I didn't go the next day. The second time, around a year later; I walk in and they tell me the same thing! At this point I gave up and stayed in my regular gym, the little elm Rec. Center. Then I started working at the Costco located down the street from the gym. Since it was on my route to work, I decided to join for convenience and I liked the 24 hr schedule because at that time I got off work at 10 PM. So this time, I printed a guest pass, and walked in the door! Well I got told I had to come in at a different time because I had to get the walk-around and nobody was available!!! . ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I respectfully told the lady at the front desk all I explained in this post, and I told her I understood it was not her fault but to please tell her manager that he needs to be fired. I ended up joining a gym 30 min away and I pay 100 dollars a month at lifetime. It is expensive ( at least for me) but they are opening one at legacy drive soon that will be closer to my house and that place is awesome. Bottom line DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE! go to LA fitness at main Street in Frisco or wait for lifetime fitness to open on summer 2020. (Rant over)
A pretty decent gym for the price.
I found them very accommodating as they took time to help me get my membership set up on the Silver Sneakers (you know, the exercise program for us old folks).
They have some variety of classes. I'd suggest to get there early, especially for the 8:30 AM spin class. The 5:30 AM classes have significantly less people on most days. I have not tried the evening classes. The instructors seem well trained and really care about what they are doing. Definite plus.
They have a lot of equipment, whether it's cardio or weights or even free weights, so it's absolutely no problem to make every part of your body tired. As with any gym, I'd recommend walking in with some sort of a plan to be able to make progress.
Other members seem reasonably friendly, but most have wireless earphones on and operate in their own world.
Have not seen any activity on the basketball floor, but it's a nice setup that seems very underused.
No pool in this location, but membership is good at other 24's, so I can go to another if I wanted to.
Overall, a decent gym, at a decent price, with nice instructors for their classes. Worth your consideration at this price point.
Kind of dingey and not well lit but not in the same way a true trainers gym is. The u.s. lords of equipment from Stairmasters, ellipticals, treadmills, machine weights,, free weights etc. 10%of it has a sign on it saying out of service. The water/ beverage machine is out of order for inventory. Just not a great experience... it's ok. For what they charge, it should be far better.
Love all the equipment, and Stacy in the kids area is amazing.
I had a horrible experience with this location..I woke up and taught to myself I need to start going to a gym so as to get my body back..since my husband goes to 24hour fitness we thought to get a free pass for me so as to try it out..i went online got the free 3 days pass and went to this location since it was the only one close to us.we got there and I was told to enter my inform on the computer, so while I was entering my information the manager Taylor asked me if I was interested in signing up and I said no, then he went ahead to try to sell me the membership and my husband responded and said I wanted to come try it out first to see if I would like it..After I finished entering my information the manager all of a sudden just said his sorry that I won't be able to workout that he can't let me go into the facility that they having some event.Mind you, this was like 8:30am and the gym was empty..I got so pissed tried to talk to the tall black guy with dreads and he said his sorry whatever the manager says is final.. At this point my husband is considering canceling his membership.I left the place very angry and upset..I hope someone at the upper management see this post..

Read the fine print before signing the paperwork... they won't tell you about annual fees. They won't let you cancel either. Worst gym experience in my life. Go to the new LA fitness by main event instead. That's a better gym in every way other than the open hours.
Great gym. Plenty of equipment and classes.
Ok place, but takes to long to repair broken equipment, men's bathroom nasty most of the time..nice steam room but need to be cleaned often.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities and equipment are good as well.
If you're going to make a sign with adjusted hours of when you'll be closed. Please make sure you have the correct times posted. It's quite frustrating to see a sign saying you won't close until said time, yet the physical doors are already locked.

Wish repairs were more of a priority. Soap is frequently out in the restrooms, a third of the showers are broke, the sinks are backed up. Been going here for years and even after asking multiple times it's just not a routine for staff to check or proactively maintain this location.

The manager Randy was very nice and gave me a tour of the facility. I'm a Soldier on military leave from Germany and he gave me 24 hour access free of charge. I would definitely ise the gym on a routine basis. The gym was overall clean and well equipped. 5 stars!
Everything is perfect except you have these muscle bound child minded adults who believe they own these work out machines
I have been a member for YEARS. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Equipment is well maintained. Plenty of class options to change up your routine.
The name expresses itself. Open 24 hrs, huge space, enough equipment, helpful stuff.
Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean.
I usually go in the morning, and have never had an issue of it being too crowded. There are always plenty of open machines.
Workout classes are really nice! Sales people a little pushy.
