My teen daughter and I were checking out a few local gyms to join but this one will definitely not be the one. Staff is unfriendly and never did mention that the 3day guest pass had to be used consecutively, so when we returned later that week Juan (check in desk) was irritated and rude to us. He said, my manager noted on the account that you're not interested in enrolling so you can't work out here. I told him I never even talked to anyone so how do you figure what I'm interested in or not. He allowed us to workout one last time there but it was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming so we left shortly. Crazy thing is I had planned on signing up this weekend, was just waiting on my husband to get back into town so we could discuss it and he could check it out himself. By the way, although the gym appears very nice, alot of the machines are outdated, upstairs has zero ventilation, and the prices aren't the best. Location, 24 hour access and size of the facility are the main benefits. I'm glad we didn't join, we deserve much better.

Nice size gym and great workout classes! However, there is poor ventilation upstairs and very dirty as the ceiling hasn't been dusted im years and falls from the fans.

If you're going to be a 24 hour gym you need to sell product at all times of the day. Staff is always on their phones and not as lively as gym staff should be. The manager at this location is a wonderful person though.

Never a problem. I always enjoy my workout and have many options for entertainment as I do. Staff and members always polite and helpful and gym is clean and functional with ample parking. Pool and sauna clean and always operating when I go and never over crowded.

Not my favorite 24hour but not to bad. Had cleaning staff there during lunch time and it was pretty busy, machines are pretty outdated but still in working shape, wasn't dirty which was nice! Showers weren't dirty, friendly people for the most part.

The instructors are amazing!!! They also have a great variety of different types of classes! All classes are included in membership! Delia and Lillia are my favs!

Run down showers and equipment...many guests come here and not have to responsible for the facility's cleanliness

I love 24 hour fitness but this is one 24 hour fitness I will never go to aging in my life it was just horrible .

There is no bathroom on the 2d floor where all the cardio machines are! I have seen this issue where other 24hour Fitness facilities have had to go to 2 stories to fit into a space. It's always been awkward, bathroom only on the 1st floor, crowded feel. I guess if all you do is weight and circuit training, you won't have a problem here.

24 hr fitness has something for everyone. Great gym with lots of variety. When done with your workout has a nice steam room or sauna to take advantage of or hot tub and pool.

I was worried about coming here because of all of the bad reviews about it being dirty and the staff being rude. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. And I see the staff cleaning all the time. My treadmill was clean. The gym doesn't smell like anything.. idk about the locker room. I come in to workout and leave. I don't hangout in the locker room. Overall it's a great gym for me and super close to home.

I've been going to this gym on and off for years. Only reason I still go here is because it's open 24 hours. Equipment is not maintained properly and if you pick the wrong bench you can kiss your shoulder good bye from all the wobbling. I can't recall ever seeing them mopping the floors which explains the lingering odor. Wish they would read the comments because I am not the only one who feels this way.

It is a gym. Smells like a gym and looks like a gym. Gets crowded (like most gyms) late in the day; early in the morning there is no waiting. The facility needs a face lift, but the weights and machines work.

I been a member on 24's California since 06 and I'll like to check California clubs!.. this is a insulted to the franchise I been on two different locations here on Texas and both of them are in bad shape!.. this is bad image of 24hours fitness

My husband and I have been coming to this gym for some time. It's one of the biggest and best gyms' in the area so, of course there is expected to be a high level of traffic and maintenance. YES, the machines need constant repair but that is mostly because some of these jerkoffs don't know how to follow simple treadmill instructions! As far as cleanliness goes, I usually see a housekeeper on the floor and honestly I feel sorry for her because some of these women are f*
