I been working out with John for over six months now and it is really paying off. I wish I could motivate myself to follow a routine by myself but that has just not happened over the years. I started on a two day a week plan and much to my surprise I am now working out every morning! John has a unique ability to keep you motivated and to constantly push you towards your goal, while at the same time not being pushy or ever losing site of his clients goals. Best of all, you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and he is probably more vested in his clients success than some of his clients!
I went to John in December in the worst shape of my life. I had no energy, didnt fit into my clothes anymore, and just felt unhealthy. I also had a busy work schedule and awful eating habits. I started out working out with John for an hour, a couple days a week, and instantly starting seeing results. For me, the advantage of using John is that he pushes me to improve each workout, holds me accountable and helps me set goals. And each workout differs each time so I never feel like I am in a rut. Within weeks I was feeling better about myself and making better eating decisions. Now, 6 months later, I am over 15 lbs lighter (it would be more but I reassessed my goals with John a couple months ago to gain muscle) and feel healthy and energized.
