Have your ever been to a very small business and felt like you don't belong? My wife and I tried attending this box and after the free trial and two months of paying the premium felt blah with the owner's lack of appreciation for our interest. They clearly enjoyed wanting to sell us stuff, nickel and dime at a time. Jump ropes, energy drinks, t-shirts, contest registrations, and Schwag. This small business dynamic with a growth desire = a shallow transaction for customers. Poor management and weak cross fit coaching meant we could not tolerate the low class quality of time spent with them learning how to run a business. We struggled with the personal contribution from the owners this box could offer and their push to sell stuff. The employees were just putting in time where the owners should spend. We hope your experience is better. They must be better to continue.
