I'm obsessed with this place. There is so much more than just access to the gym equipment. The manager there is an amazing human being, very understanding, customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile for the members. It's a huge change from the previous managers they have had, most of them so utterly rude and not willing to help.

Thank you for adding this wonderful human being to your team.

Love this place I wish they had a sauna but the massage and tan rooms are so peaceful the center over all is nice

I usually don't come to thus Planet Fitness. But, its close to my work. I'm quite disappointed. Facility is dirty, machines need to be cleaned. I'll stick to the 54 Planet Fitness. Customer service is great!

Ok place. Nicole has her days. Half the time bad half the time good. Other employees are ok.

Nothing is this "new" gym works. Water fountains are always broken and members have to ask staff for drinking water. Then the staff hesitates to give members water like if staff is paying for it. Then urinals are always broken so there's urine all over the bathroom floor.

Also, 3\4 of the paper towel dispensers never have any towels. This gym needs a new management!!!

They are usually out of paper towels so you should bring your own towel to avoid touching someones sweat. Over all ok nothing to distinguish it from other places, the free personal trainer is usually swamped and getting his attention can be hard.

A awesome place to do your exercises and routines, or workouts., In like the other ones this one is the newest, the biggest, and the greatest., Big parking lot but not enough when it gets very packed.

Montana PF is clean, sufficient equipment compared to Westside allocations, (ie. Bench), and staff is friendly.

I like going here I just hate that so many people don't clean the equipment after using it. With so many people dying from the flu you would think people would be more responsible. So I clean the equipment before and after use. Just disgusting!

I enjoy the time when I go here, wether it's packed or not, I go and do my workouts so I'm fine, and if some machines are taken I wait or see if another is available ^-^

Good place to workout. The busiest times are between 4:00 p.m and 9:00 p.m.

Good hours, only reason I keep this gym. Few staff are friendly. The water fountain is always hot. They follow the rules they want to.

Biggest PF in town. Great equipment, always clean. Peak hours aren't that bad.

Overall it is a good gym and the customer service is great. The only problem there is the parking lot . It is to difficult to find parking space due to the small area.

Love everything!! The machines, my personal trainer, the hydrating massaging beds and the chairs. It is helping me to loose weight.

The equipment is great and is rarely out of order. The other members are courteous, but the staff needs to get on point.
Today, all the paper towels to wipe the machines down were out and none of them knew. I went up to the front desk to inform them only to be cut off with a quick, "One second, Sir." He got on the computer and ignored me. Another member came up and told another employee that the towels were out. 20 minutes later, while I was leaving, I noticed that none of them were replaced.
