This gym has decent variety and good equipment to use, however, it has very few smith machines to workout with. I am always crossing my fingers that I find one empty because I use one at least 4 times a week for upper and lower body workouts and sometimes I just skip my workout because it is so full that I don't have a chance to use it. Other than that, this place is pretty good nice and clean. Weekends are the best days when it's not so packed.

This is a smaller location, but everything fits and works. All the employees are super nice. Good vibes.

Very great atmosphere and love the staff and cleanliness that this gym has. They have so many great things that come with the black card membership. Love it here

A nice place to get in and get out. A place for anyone. Just get those gains, shreds, whatever and get on with your day!

I have seen a sharp decline in the cleanliness at this gym. The remodeling has been completed for over a month... However, there is dust everywhere and the machines are not properly cleaned anymore. Management should take a look at this to make sure it is improved. It is definitely not up to what is expected of a Planet Fitness location.

A bit in the small side but very clean gym. As you walk in, you can smell freshness rather than a stinky body builder place. People seem nice overall.

Like a month ago I went to the PF on mesa and I couldn't complete my work out because one of the leg machines was on repair and on the other a kid playing with his phone., today I went to the restler PF and none of the machines that I use were available.....we need another location on the west side of el Paso.

I have memberships to both planet and EP and they blow EP out of the water when it comes to cleanliness and clientel. People actually wipe down their machines and re-rack their weights here. If planet actually had more free weights then it would be the only gym I go to. Staff is real cool too and friendly.

Mens toilets are always horribly dirty at this location please get on that PF.

Otherwise I enjoy my local gym.

Edit** PF please have your water fountains maintained better. The filtered water station is always out of service.... come one guys. I am lowering my rating until you all get more organized with these issues.

The gym is a singular wide open room, with good ventilation and lighting, and has several visible rooms for tanning and such across from the entrance, though the style and set up may not be to your liking if you prefer the layout of the planet fitness on mesa.
Most notably, the gym equipment here is far more up to date and well maintained than at their Mesa location, especially the stair master machines.
The gym floors and locker room areas are kept in a very clean state usually, though that isn't often true of the restroom areas.
You may sometimes need to grab the attention of the staff when they get busy with chatty clients, but they're typically friendly and helpful regardless.

Terrible customer service, the paper towels and toilet paper are always out especially on the weekends and the staff is always too busy talking instead of taking a few seconds to fill them up, the damn water filter dispenser is ALWAYS broken, and the gym is too damn small and can get packed with people at times, plus the bathrooms are always leaking, clogged and very filthy after the a.m. Then to top it all off, they're only open 24hrs a day Monday- Thursday???!!! Not everybody works Monday- Friday 8a- 5p just so you know! And talk about "judgement free zone," aren't you being judgemental by calling someone a "lunk" because of how that person lifts and by what they wear then sounding an alarm to call them out, or is it to sound out your hipocracy, hmm??

place is great. Clean and tidy but I paid for a membership, black card, so I could visit any planet fitness under the impression they are all 24/7. I was highly disappointed when I go In at 2042 on a Friday and they close at 2100.

i just barley moved here to El Paso a few months ago and i needed a new gym to sign up at, so i went to the planet fitness on Resler. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the manager he's super tall. The staff are super nice and went over the memberships with me and showed me around. I don't remember what the name of the girl that help me out but she had very pretty eyes and dark hair and overall they are super friendly to me even when i come in at 6am. I was quite surprised to see that all the myth and legends of a lunk alarm going off 24/7 and "no free weights" was just a lie. The place was super friendly and everyone seems to enjoy being there, oh one tuesday of the month they have bagels although they don't have blueberry i do enjoy a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese "the breakfast of champions" is what they say. i did notice that they dont have a blackcard spa which was kind of sad because i think one would look great there and the location is a bit small but that only means that they can make room for improvement for sure. Over all i enjoy this location, i go to the one on Mesa too but i prefer Resler.

It can get pretty crowded after December but it's still a great place everyone's nice. And actually motivates me more to go.

Very nice gym. I have been to couple of other planet fitness in town. I have to say that this location is the best. Go here once and thank me later.

It's great! Always clean and empty 2am, but sucks can't go a little later because it's always packed. Need another one by Doniphan and Redd Rd.

A bit crowded on the weights and not as many options to work body parts...ample cardio machines, viewing options and ample parking...no towel service, yet tanning beds and massage chairs are nice...if you didn't go during peak hours it's not too bad, just lacking a few stand alone machines... for the price it is rather doable

Place is kept clean, machines are always working, employees are generally helpful and nice. It's a good gym.

Everyone usually minds their own business and you can go in and do what you need to do and get out without any problems.
