Best place to start your new journey!! If you've been struggling to lose weight to be discipline if you continue to give up and just cant get fit this is the place to start.I've struggled for years being overweight I've done so many things to try to get fit but nothing has gotten me to my goal until I found this gym and the trainers are the BEST they will guide you every step of the way I'm blessed to have found this place and excited on this new step on my life.!!!!

First impression was great, a welcoming place with a diverse group of people. This gym trainer are great will do the work with you.. It's a fast paced with several different stations to go through. Very clean place. They make you feel like part of there family.Great for any level.

Workouts are intense but so worth it. Lasting only 30minutes every session, you target every part of the body. Your energy levels skyrocket, giving you stamina to go throughout the day. All trainers are amazing! Their guidance & motivation definitely helps you not give up. Overall the best life changing experience ever!

So I kept seeing this free boot camp and all these promises about losing weight healthy and them not setting you up for failure... I was really skeptical about it and kept browsing through the ads. But just one day I was like screw it. What do I have to lose exactly? Well called in and met Trainer Kai. Made everything super clear and motivated me to join. 4 weeks in and I've lost some weight. My body isn't as flabby and I have enough energy and strength to be able to keep up with some of the youngins!! This place has great energy and great vibes. You feel more like a family than a gym. I'm so glad I got out of my comfort zone and pushed through. Go ahead and try it. What do you have to lose?

Great workout and people! Doing the 6 weeks challenge and kicking my butt in the best way possible!!! Really recommend!!!

Update. I finished my 6 weeks and went down from 263 to 239. Its hard work but trust me when I say it's worth it!!! Dont let another pass by when you could easily start a change today!

When I came in for information about the 6 week challenge I had a lot of doubts. And is already week 4 and it has been a life changing experience. I have been learning how to eat, how to exercise. Trainer Kai gave as the recipes, the grocery list and everything we need to loose weight. Great gym. Great trainers. Love it.

I'm 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. So far, I love the classes and the atmosphere. I've been impressed since day 1 with the diversity in each workout, and the trainers' 'can-do' attitudes. The trainers take the time to learn each members' name, and genuinely care about the success of each person. I'm still deciding on whether or not the meal plan is for me/sustainable. The grocery list and calendar planning out each meal is helpful, but it'll be interesting figuring out what to do once the 6 weeks are over. I have been following the meal plan, and have only lost 2 pounds total. I'm not sure that this is working for me so far as far as weight loss goes; however, I know that this meal plan has worked for other challengers. I would also say that this plan is expensive when you add in the cost of all the food/protein powder, so just make sure you're serious.

Started my journey to lose weight but during that journey I discovered something greater, I built my confidence, became stronger physically and mentally, my energy increased and I found a new side of me. I absolutely love it here and everyone I have met!!! Thank you my fit family!!

Truly a great place to get a good workout. Every sessions has different exercises and I have yet to repeat a single exercise. The trainers are excellent and always push you to do your best during each session. If you can not perform a certain exercise due to an injury or any other reason they will gladly modify it for you so that you still get a good sweat going. Meal plans are also offered; they are delicious, very healthy, and energize you throughout the day. Overall I recommend the gym to anyone who wants to get a start on healthy living.

This has been a great experience. The trainers are motivating and have accommodated for my bad knees. The meals are healthy and taste great. I have not only lost weight but best of all, have toned my body. Thanks TKFit!

Best place in town to break a sweat. Trainers are very supportive and energetic. The trainers push you to do your best. They will help you reach your weight loss goals. You will be treated as family. You will reach your goals by following great meal plans and exercising only 30 minutes a day. Take the chance and change your lifestyle for good.

Past 6 weeks have definitely been a life improvement. To eating healthier and working out not only have I lost weight but I feel great about it. Great trainers and team members and all the support and motivation to keep going. Today is the final weigh in and I'm happy to say I have lost a total of 22.4lbs. I recommend this challenge and I recommend this program.

The trainers are awesome, supportive and really do care about your well-being and health. They always push you to do the best that you can do and will encourage when you feel like giving up. They keep the atmosphere intense and fun. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to start living a healthier, more active lifestyle. I lost 22 pounds during the 6 week challenge!
