I'm 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. So far, I love the classes and the atmosphere. I've been impressed since day 1 with the diversity in each workout, and the trainers' 'can-do' attitudes. The trainers take the time to learn each members' name, and genuinely care about the success of each person. I'm still deciding on whether or not the meal plan is for me/sustainable. The grocery list and calendar planning out each meal is helpful, but it'll be interesting figuring out what to do once the 6 weeks are over. I have been following the meal plan, and have only lost 2 pounds total. I'm not sure that this is working for me so far as far as weight loss goes; however, I know that this meal plan has worked for other challengers. I would also say that this plan is expensive when you add in the cost of all the food/protein powder, so just make sure you're serious.
