I've been working out off and on at Beyond since they opened their first Dallas location on Lovers Lane. We recently moved near the Preston location, and I can now be there in one Taylor Swift song which works perfectly with my busy lifestyle. While I was initially unsettled when I saw them switching out my Pilates Remix classes for Reformer and Chair classes, these classes are kicked my butt in the best possible way. Most every single class I burn between 515-600 calories in 50 minutes - I use a heart rate monitor to track calorie burn - and if I don't, it's because I'm not working hard, not because the instructors let up on intensity. I can easily say that Beyond offers the most effective workout I've found, and it allows me to work out my entire body, rather than just focusing on cardio. Don't worry if you don't get every move perfectly your first time - I promise it begins to feel more natural the more you go! I love my Beyond family, and you will too!
