Oh my gosh! I'm so excited about Cindy's Pilates! I have knee and back issues and was looking for a workout that did not make things worse. Not only is it not worse, but I am feeling SO much better after about 2 months of classes. Cindy is amazing with her knowledge and encouragement. My mobility is definitely improving. I look forward to Pilates and can't wait for my next class. I read some of the other reviews and I totally agree that this workout is fun and definitely not boring. I truly believe this will become a permanent part of my life.

I love Cindy. I love Cindy's Pilates. When I first contacted Cindy I was training for my first 10k - the longest distance I could imagine running at the time. In a couple months I was able to run a half marathon. (That is double the distance). Running is exceptionally hard on your body and I knew I needed to add a component like Pilates to keep my body healthy. I did not realize how much I would grow to love it. The classes are fun and challenging (within your fitness level) and they incorporate both stretching and strength which are key components to any healthy exercise routine.

I joined Cindy's Pilates 5 years ago as a newcomer to Pilates and fell in love with the exercise. It has greatly improved my body awareness, flexibility, and strength. I had never done Pilates before coming to Cindy's, and I love it. My body had really stiffened up over the years and this is just the right thing to get the mobility back and gain overall strength. You gotta give Cindy's a try if you want to make a change in how your body is moving and feeling. She makes it fun, and her classes are small enough that you get personal attention, which makes all the difference.
