I have been going to classes three times a week for months now and I absolutely love it! The ladies that teach the classes impress me with their knowledge and their joy in yoga; their friendliness and their heartfelt interest to help each person attending class to do the best they can without feeling pressure or feel as if they are being judged. The ladies teaching the classes inspire me and it makes me want to do MY best.

Cute and cozy studio with beyond proficient teachers and plenty of friendly faces. All the props you'll ever need, and classes for every style and level of yoga.

50 awesome minutes of vinyasa flow with Gretchen. Someone recommended this to me. While I was just visiting I would come back here over and over again. Insightful instruction and guidance during the practice. Thank you.
