I signed up online and visited thesthe facilty shortly after. The staff answered all my questions and seemed happy to do so. I toured the gym to assess the quality and I have to say this was by far the cleanest gym I have ever visited. The equipment appeared maintained and sanitary. The locker room looked freshly mopped and did not have any foul odor you would normally expect from a men's locker room. The showers were maintained and the floors were dry. I got the black card membership and honestly the hydromassage bed was worth the membership alone. I suffer from constant back pain from an old injury and after 10 minutes in the massage bed my back felt loose and pain free. I would recommend.

I joined this club 2 months ago, the employee scanned my 2 credit cards. One was for primary payment, one for backup. Then today my 2 credit cards were fraud, both, on same day. So, I reported to their manager, and he just repeated it was not possible. I said I had canceled my cards due to fraud, and how I can pay in the future because I don't want them to swipe my cards any more. He said they had to, or I bought out of the contract. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for six years. The staff are always smiling and keeping up the positive atmosphere of the gym. I am always well taking care of. Moreover, the atmosphere feels like a community of people trying to achieve a similar goal, which is to live a life of health and fitness! If you want to find a family- healthy environment, exercise classes, tanning, a luxury massage area, and a certified trainer on staff in a gym please do not pass up this opportunity. Planet Fitness is there to provide a place for you to achieve your goals and as always a place to support your life of health and fitness!

Joined this gym a couple weeks ago. Very spacious. Well kept for a building
circulating with sweaty people. Appropriate a/c in my opinion. I enjoy the alcoves of equipment in addition to the main space. Not so much because I need the training guidance, but because there is an appreciated sense of privacy in those side rooms.
The black card is worth it. I love being able to tan and bring a buddy to work out any time.
My only complaint is that there are not spin style bikes. But that's a personal preference. They have two leisure bike styles and I wish one could be swapped for spin bikes. I'd like to pop into a spin class every now and then.

Ironically I'm a regular gym goer with multiple memberships and only at this I'm stared down constantly, AC unit is consistently leaking over the past 2 weeks, and the toilets are always either blowing water out the toilet when it flushes onto everything you own, or has absolutely 0 pressure. There is no in between here. Best option is to get a membership when they're on sale.

There online platform isn't good at all. Doesn't update your account status if your been a member for years. Try to get them to fix it but no one knows how lol.
The other thing that sucks is they don't have a good method to update you on your account balance since there online platform sucks.
So you pay late fees from there bad customer service technology. Then if you move cities and there isn't a gym there you have to pay to cancel your membership even after of being a member for years. Other than that gym is good and employees are nice mainly just there website and customer service structure they need to fix.

I have been a member for some time now, and love it. However, I noticed that the majority of employees seem really uptight. I'm used to cheery faces and energetic vibes. I went yesterday, and there was this lady there, you can tell she's of higher authority, that leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Not such a great impression for those that are current members or incoming new members.

I go to this place most days, very clean and friendly staff. Very nice gym and well laid out. Highly recommended it!

Great gym! But PLEASE wipe the machines before and after you use them, about 75% of the people don't wipe them off when they're done... GROSS!

Mold in the showers need attention! Equipment is in good condition and layout stays true. Staff is very kind and accessible. Cleanliness needs work. The side rooms and bathrooms need industrial cleaning.

Was invited by a friend that has a membership here. Been here twice and so far it is a pretty nice place. All the equipment we have used were in working order. Plenty of ellipticals, treadmills and bikes to use. They keep paper towels and cleaning spray replenished so that we clean the machine after we use it. Front desk personnel are friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new gym!

This gym is super clean, smells nice and has a ton of different workout machines. No matter what muscle groups you want to work out, you'll find something to help you achieve your goals. All of the machines have explanations and pictures of how to use them. It's all you could want from a gym where you workout by yourself.

DO NOT GET MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give -5 stars if i could, this club does not deserve 1 star. After being told a member fee would be charged with March's payment due, on 3/17, they charged my card 3/1 the day rent is due, caused myself and my husband to be short on rent. I was told they will not reverse the payment and we just had to deal with it. Not to mention, the club is so small with limited workout machines. They are very rude and heartless. I was a member in Tomball and I never experienced problems like this. They were on top of their stuff and everyone was on the same page. I am very unsatisfied with the service i received.

ATTN: Women! I have been a member for about 8 months now. At first, I loved the facility. It was nice and clean (for the most part). However, once a friend of mine informed me that Planet Fitness allows Men to use the Women's restroom (as long as they identify as a woman) I was troubled and have not really used the gym at all since. This is very dangerous and should not be allowed.... I care about the safety of all gym goers and I didn't have an issue with the gym until I discovered this safety issue... Therefore, I wanted to part ways with this facility. However, when they decided they would not cancel and give me a "pro rata" refund... They made it worse... Each and every business has the right to choose their safety policy (I get that). However, when a customer feels they need to go elsewhere due to a safety concern and you refuse to part your business relationship with them.... Now it's not just safety... Now it's poor customer relations practice. I would have never thought I had to ask this... But when I get a new membership at another gym, I'll be sure and ask if men are allowed in the women's restroom. EXTREMELY UNSAFE.

Staff is always around to help when needed. Equipment is clean & in working condition. Parking lot is well lit for your safety.

It has everything you need to get in great shape. During peak hours some equipment will be hard to find available, but it reflects how much people enjoy coming to this gym. Staff is very helpful and professional.

They are rip offs. The employees don't bother even trying to help out my situations whatsoever and guess what, for now I'm stuck with them, but i definitely will never be going back to them and I will not spread a good word. The employees need to do more to actually help and use common sense. I'm highly frustrated with my experience here and this place is causing more stress and depression than anything else.

So ive been coming here for some time now. There has been a change in management recently. The new manager does not speak or get to know her customers. She always on the computer when u come in. Her employees are amazing. They keep the place constantly clean. Please help this place be more customer friendly.

BEWARE - If you sign a contract here they will do whatever they can to charge you, add late fees, and make it nearly impossible to terminate the contract. My daughter moved away without physically going to PF and cancelling her contract. She called, they said "no you have to come in person". I went, "no, you can't cancel it because your name is not on the contract". They have no problem charging the fee to a card that is mine but I can't cancel the membership. It's a gym membership, not a million dollar mortgage.
This was simply a oversight by my daughter. The right thing to do would have been:
"I understand you moved and forgot to cancel your membership. I see that you haven't been here since November. I would be glad to cancel your membership and refund the dues we charged you for the last 8 months that you didn't use the gym. I hope you will come back to Planet Fitness in the future."
I guess they skipped Customer Service 101, but not Greedy Contractual Law 69.

Planet fitness is a basic gym, but it doesn't feel like all the other gyms I have been to. This one has a nice atmosphere and the people at the front desk are super friendly and ready to help answer any question. They care about you and your work out!

Employees greeted us with a smile as though they like there job. They have all the equipment you need for workout. I did not join yet but might join the month to month with NO contract.

if you want to workout, go elsewhere. If you want to check the box that you were physically in a gym that day, go here. You will find this place so packed it isn't even worth the 15 minute wait for a set of dumbbells or the 15 minute wait for the smith machine in which these idiots are using the 6 sets of dumbbells at. I have literally lost my pump waiting on weights. Oh, and also, there are no squat racks here. There isn't even a bench press. There are fixed bars up to I think 90 pounds, but good luck finding a bench to use them on.
