It's all right there in the name, Efficient Exercise, while keeping in fun and informative, you're there to work, and in one half an hour, I found that I got more done than two or three "normal" sessions in a typical gym. By far my favorite personal training experience.
Plus Shane and Bert are in serious shape! This is not where you should show up expecting to see overweight or out of shape trainers, this is the real deal.
Finally, not only have I been able to maintain my muscle, and actually gain strength in some areas, working out only once a week, but I am finding that I am more flexible than before, that I can extend and reach stretches that I haven't seen in years!
