The question is...what DON'T I like about the workout?! The fact that I can get so much work done in just one hour is absolutely great for someone who runs a busy life like myself. It's never the same workout twice and I always feel like I'm working different muscle groups every time I go. Plus, the coaches are always motivating to make me push just a little bit harder or go a little bit heavier, which makes a HUGE difference at the end of the day! All-in-all, this is the best 60 minutes of my day and I feel so relieved and refreshed (albeit, quite tired) once I'm done!
