I have called twice and spoke with 2 different employees asking about membership pricing and fees. I was told both times that they would send me the info via text and never received anything. Such a shame since I'm looking to switch gyms. They COULD have had a new customer

I flew into town for training at AA from Kansas and wanted someplace near my hotel to put some work in and not feel as guilty for going to Taco Bell right after. Great staff, clean equipment, they let you grind, and $10 for a guest pass. Get there between 1-6 to pay for your pass with a staff member, as the facility is locked and won't allow you in otherwise. The gym is decent and has the necessary equipment but there's only one trash bin and it's located in the bathroom so it's tedious having to constantly walk in the bathroom to throw the wipes away. Also , the wipes need to be placed evenly across the gym.
I attempted to buy a sports drink from the vending machine , my money was taken and received no drink. Please take care of that.
I'm from Atlanta and was just traveling by on my way to California. I'd really like to visit this gym again and hopefully those issues are addressed.

Wife called today to cancel our membership and was told we have to give a 30 day notice to cancel so we have to pay our monthly fee tomorrow but we can still come in until April 19th... No thanks, I'll just stay away and let everyone else I know to as well.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. Wonderful staff, wonderful facility, and friendly like no other gym I've ever been to. Not only do I feel welcome but the place is always well kept. SUPER CLEAN FACILITY!!! I recommend this gym 100% WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.

I'll start by saying that the facility is nice. I'll give them that. But thier advertisment about no contract membership is completely false. In order to cancle they make you come in, no matter where you are and sign this "form" to cancle your membership which is pretty much a little slip of paper with Snap Fitnesss printed on it and and a paragraph with generic cancellation gargon. Upon signing this piece of paper, they tell you that since you didn't give them thirty days notice, that you have to pay the membership for an additional month. And then you'll be free? Free from what? Sounds like a contract with a cancellation fee to me. I'm paying for a month that I will not be using for no apparent reason. They also charge you random "gym improvement" fees of $40 + on top of your membership fees, and not much of a choice about it. How disappointing.

Its not a bad gym. Kind of what you will find in a apartment complex.
My only real issue was no access to the plyo equipment or punching bag if you came in after 8 pm or the weekend.
