I guess as long as you've purchased regular classes and paid full price; then you're treated well. Just don't expect the same treatment if you purchased the classes through the Groupon promotion.
I made the mistake of the latter. Per the Groupon instructions, I signed up on the website, sent an email to the business, and waited for my account to be credited. I received two enthusiastic phone calls and a text from someone at the business welcoming me and asking if i needed assistance with signing up classes. I was excited about the customer service at first but once I stated that I was a Groupon customer, I was immediately treated like second class citizen.
I was then told that only the owner could address Groupon credit and to wait for a response to the email that I sent the business. No further offer of assistance was given. Days go by and I received several mailer daemon's indicating that the email for Pure Barre is not correct.
I texted the same number which was previously so helpful to verify if I had the correct email and was told "yes". However my email consistently kept bouncing back.
